Sahih Muslim 2888b

Ahnaf bin Qais reported on the authority of Abu Bakra (رضي الله تعالى عنه) that Allah's Apostle (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) said, when two Muslims confront each other with their swords, both the slayer and the slain are doomed to Hellfire.

Hadhrat Abu Bakrah (Razi Allahu Anhu) bayan karte hain, Rasul Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam) ne farmaya: "Jab do Musalman apni talwarein le kar amne samne aa jate hain to qatl aur maqtool donou Dozakhi hote hain."
