Sahih Muslim 297a
It is reported from Ummul Momineen A'isha (رضي الله تعالى عنها) that she said: When the Apostle of Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) was in I'tikaf, he inclined his head towards me and I combedhis hair, and he did not enter the house but for the natural calls (for relieving himself).
حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ تعالی عنہا سے روایت ہے کہ جب رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم اعتکاف بیٹھتے، تو اپنا سر میرے قریب کر دیتے، میں اس میں کنگھی کر دیتی اور آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلم گھر میں سوائے قضائے حاجت کے تشریف نہیں لاتے تھے۔

حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى، قَالَ قَرَأْتُ عَلَى مَالِكٍ عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ عَمْرَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم إِذَا اعْتَكَفَ يُدْنِي إِلَىَّ رَأْسَهُ فَأُرَجِّلُهُ وَكَانَ لاَ يَدْخُلُ الْبَيْتَ إِلاَّ لِحَاجَةِ الإِنْسَانِ .
