Chapter: Covering oneself with a garment and the like while performing ghusl

باب تَسَتُّرِ الْمُغْتَسِلِ بِثَوْبٍ وَنَحْوِهِ
Sahih Muslim 336c
This Hadith is narrated by Sa'id bin Abu Hind with the same chain of transmitters and said: The Prophet's (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) daughter Fatimah (رضي الله تعالى عنها) provided him privacy with the help of his cloth, and when he had taken a bath he took it up and wrapped it around him and then stood and offered eight rak'ahs of the forenoon prayer.
امام صاحب ایک اور سند سے مذکورہ بالا روایت بیان کرتے ہیں جس میں یہ ہے تو آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی بیٹی فاطمہ رضی اللہ تعالی عنہا نے آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو کپڑے کی اوٹ مہیا کی، غسل کے بعد آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے وہ کپڑا لے کر اپنے گرد لپیٹ لیا، پھر نماز کے لیے کھڑے ہوئے اور آٹھ رکعتیں پڑھیں، اور یہ چاشت کا وقت تھا۔
Imam Sahab (Rehmatullah Alaih) ek aur sanad se mazkoora bala riwayat bayan karte hain jis mein ye hai to Aap (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ki beti Fatima (Radi Allahu Anha) ne Aap (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ko kapre ki oat muhayya ki, ghusal ke baad Aap (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) ne wo kapra le kar apne gird lapet liya, phir namaz ke liye khare hue aur aath rak'aten parheen, aur ye chasht ka waqt tha.
وَحَدَّثَنَاهُ أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ، عَنِ الْوَلِيدِ بْنِ كَثِيرٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي هِنْدٍ، بِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ وَقَالَ فَسَتَرَتْهُ ابْنَتُهُ فَاطِمَةُ بِثَوْبِهِ فَلَمَّا اغْتَسَلَ أَخَذَهُ فَالْتَحَفَ بِهِ ثُمَّ قَامَ فَصَلَّى ثَمَانَ سَجَدَاتٍ وَذَلِكَ ضُحًى .
