Sahih Muslim 542
Abu Darda (رضي الله تعالى عنه) narrated that the Apostle of Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) stood up (to pray) and we heard him say, ‘I seek refuge in Allah from thee.’ Then said, ‘curse thee with Allah's curse’ three times, then he stretched out his hand as though he was taking hold of something. When he finished the prayer, we said, Apostle of Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم), we heard you say something during the prayer which we have not heard you say before, and we saw you stretch out your hand. He replied, Allah's enemy Iblis came with a flame of fire to put it in my face, so I said three times, ‘I Seek refuge in Allah from thee.’ Then I said three times, ‘I curse thee with Allah's full curse.’ But he did not retreat (on any one of these) three occasions. Thereafter, I meant to seize him. I swear by Allah that had it not been for the supplication of my brother Sulaiman (عليه السالم) he would have been bound and made an object of sport for the children of Madina.
حضرت ابوالدرداء رضی اللہ تعا لیٰ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نماز کے لیے کھڑے ہوئے تو ہم نے آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو یہ کہتے ہوئے سنا: میں تجھ سے اللّٰہ کی پناہ میں آتا ہوں۔ پھر آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”میں تجھ پر اللّٰہ کی لعنت بھیجتا ہوں“، تین بار اور آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے اپنا ہاتھ بڑھایا گویا کہ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کسی چیز کو پکڑ رہے ہیں تو جب آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نماز سے فارغ ہوئے ہم نے پوچھا، اے اللّٰہ کے رسول صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم! ہم نے آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو نماز میں کچھ کہتے سنا ہے، ہم نے اس سے پہلے آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو یہ کلمات کہتے نہیں سنا اور ہم نے آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو اپنا ہاتھ بڑھاتے دیکھا، آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: اللّٰہ کا دشمن ابلیس، آگ کا ایک انگارا لے کر آیا تاکہ میرے چہرے پر ڈال دے تو میں نے تین دفعہ (اَعُوْذُ بِاللہِ مِنْكَ) کہا، پھر میں نے تین دفعہ کہا: ”میں تجھ پر اللّٰہ کی کامل لعنت بھیجتا ہوں“، وہ پیچھے نہ ہٹا پھر میں نے اس کو پکڑنے کا ارادہ کر لیا، اللّٰہ کی قسم اگر ہمارے بھائی سلیمان عَلیہِ السَّلام کی دعا نہ ہوتی تو وہ صبح تک باندھ دیا جاتا اور اہل مدینہ کے بچے اس کے ساتھ کھیلتے۔
Hazrat Abu Darda (Radi Allahu Ta'ala Anhu) se riwayat hai ke Rasool Allah (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) namaz ke liye khare hue to hum ne Aap (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) ko yeh kehte hue suna: Main tujh se Allah ki panah mein aata hoon. Phir Aap (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) ne farmaya: ‘Main tujh par Allah ki laanat bhejta hoon’, teen baar aur Aap (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) ne apna hath barhaya goya ke Aap (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) kisi cheez ko pakar rahe hain to jab Aap (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) namaz se farigh hue hum ne pucha, Aye Allah ke Rasool (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam)! hum ne Aap (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) ko namaz mein kuch kehte suna hai, hum ne is se pehle Aap (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) ko yeh kalimaat kehte nahi suna aur hum ne Aap (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) ko apna hath barhate dekha, Aap (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) ne farmaya: Allah ka dushman Iblees, aag ka ek angara le kar aaya taake mere chehre par daal de to main ne teen dafa (AUZU BILLAHI MINKA) kaha, phir main ne teen dafa kaha: ‘Main tujh par Allah ki kaamil laanat bhejta hoon’, wo peeche na hata phir main ne us ko pakarne ka irada kar liya, Allah ki qasam agar hamare bhai Sulaiman (Alayhis Salam) ki dua na hoti to wo subah tak baandh diya jata aur ahl-e-Madina ke bache us ke saath khelte.
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ الْمُرَادِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ وَهْبٍ، عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ صَالِحٍ، يَقُولُ حَدَّثَنِي رَبِيعَةُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ، عَنْ أَبِي إِدْرِيسَ الْخَوْلاَنِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي الدَّرْدَاءِ، قَالَ قَامَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَسَمِعْنَاهُ يَقُولُ " أَعُوذُ بِاللَّهِ مِنْكَ " . ثُمَّ قَالَ " أَلْعَنُكَ بِلَعْنَةِ اللَّهِ " . ثَلاَثًا . وَبَسَطَ يَدَهُ كَأَنَّهُ يَتَنَاوَلُ شَيْئًا فَلَمَّا فَرَغَ مِنَ الصَّلاَةِ قُلْنَا يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ قَدْ سَمِعْنَاكَ تَقُولُ فِي الصَّلاَةِ شَيْئًا لَمْ نَسْمَعْكَ تَقُولُهُ قَبْلَ ذَلِكَ وَرَأَيْنَاكَ بَسَطْتَ يَدَكَ . قَالَ " إِنَّ عَدُوَّ اللَّهِ إِبْلِيسَ جَاءَ بِشِهَابٍ مِنْ نَارٍ لِيَجْعَلَهُ فِي وَجْهِي فَقُلْتُ أَعُوذُ بِاللَّهِ مِنْكَ . ثَلاَثَ مَرَّاتٍ ثُمَّ قُلْتُ أَلْعَنُكَ بِلَعْنَةِ اللَّهِ التَّامَّةِ فَلَمْ يَسْتَأْخِرْ ثَلاَثَ مَرَّاتٍ ثُمَّ أَرَدْتُ أَخْذَهُ وَاللَّهِ لَوْلاَ دَعْوَةُ أَخِينَا سُلَيْمَانَ لأَصْبَحَ مُوثَقًا يَلْعَبُ بِهِ وِلْدَانُ أَهْلِ الْمَدِينَةِ " .
