Sahih Muslim 586a
'A'isha reported:There came to me two old women from the old Jewesses of Medina and said: The people of the grave are tormented in their graves. I contradicted them and I did not deem it proper to testify them. They went away and the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) came to me and I said to him: Messenger of Allah I there came to me two old women from the old Jewesses of Medina and asserted that the people of the graves would be tormented therein. He (the Prophet) said: They told the truth; they would be tormented (so much) that the animals would listen to it. She ('A'isha) said: Never did I see him (the Holy Prophet) afterwards but seeking refuge from the torment of the grave in prayer.
حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہا کی روایت ہے کہ میرے پاس مدینہ کی دو بوڑھی یہودی عورتیں آئیں اور انہوں نے کہا، قبر والوں کو قبر میں عذاب ہوتا ہے، میں نے ان کو جھٹلایا اور ان کی تصدیق کرنے والوں کو گوارا نہ کیا، وہ چلی گئیں اور میرے پاس رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم تشریف لائے تو میں نے آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے کہا، اے اللہ کے رسولصلی اللہ علیہ وسلم! میرے پاس مدینہ کی یہودی بوڑھی عورتوں میں سے دو عورتیں آئیں اور کہا قبر والوں ان کی قبروں میں عذاب ہوتا ہے، آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”انہوں نے سچ کہا۔ انہیں ایساعذاب ہوتا ہے کہ مویشی بھی سنتے ہیں۔“ اس کے بعد میں نے آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو ہر نماز میں قبر کے عذاب سے پناہ مانگتے ہوئے پایا۔ لَمْ اَنْعَمْ۔ ”میں نے اس کو اچھا نہ سمجھا۔“
Hazrat Aisha (Radi Allahu Ta'ala Anha) ki riwayat hai ke mere paas Madina ki do boorhi Yahudi aurtein aayin aur unhon ne kaha, qabr walon ko qabr mein azab hota hai, main ne un ko jhutlaya aur un ki tasdeeq karne walon ko gawara na kiya, wo chali gayin aur mere paas Rasool Allah (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) tashreef laye to main ne Aap (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) se kaha, Aye Allah ke Rasool (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam)! mere paas Madina ki Yahudi boorhi aurton mein se do aurtein aayin aur kaha qabr walon un ki qabron mein azab hota hai, Aap (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) ne farmaya: ‘unhon ne sach kaha. unhein aisa azab hota hai ke maweshi bhi sunte hain.’ Is ke baad main ne Aap (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) ko har namaz mein qabr ke azab se panah maangte hue paya. LAM AN'AM. ‘main ne is ko acha na samjha.’
حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، وَإِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، كِلاَهُمَا عَنْ جَرِيرٍ، قَالَ زُهَيْرٌ حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ، عَنْ أَبِي وَائِلٍ، عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ دَخَلَتْ عَلَىَّ عَجُوزَانِ مِنْ عُجُزِ يَهُودِ الْمَدِينَةِ فَقَالَتَا إِنَّ أَهْلَ الْقُبُورِ يُعَذَّبُونَ فِي قُبُورِهِمْ . قَالَتْ فَكَذَّبْتُهُمَا وَلَمْ أُنْعِمْ أَنْ أُصَدِّقَهُمَا فَخَرَجَتَا وَدَخَلَ عَلَىَّ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقُلْتُ لَهُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنَّ عَجُوزَيْنِ مِنْ عُجُزِ يَهُودِ الْمَدِينَةِ دَخَلَتَا عَلَىَّ فَزَعَمَتَا أَنَّ أَهْلَ الْقُبُورِ يُعَذَّبُونَ فِي قُبُورِهِمْ فَقَالَ " صَدَقَتَا إِنَّهُمْ يُعَذَّبُونَ عَذَابًا تَسْمَعُهُ الْبَهَائِمُ " . قَالَتْ فَمَا رَأَيْتُهُ بَعْدُ فِي صَلاَةٍ إِلاَّ يَتَعَوَّذُ مِنْ عَذَابِ الْقَبْرِ .
