Chapter: It is recommended to pray two rak`ah for the sunnah of Fajr. And encouragement to pray them regularly, and to make them brief, and to persist in offering them, and clarifying what is recommended to recite therein

باب اسْتِحْبَابِ رَكْعَتَيْ سُنَّةِ الْفَجْرِ وَالْحَثِّ عَلَيْهِمَا وَتَخْفِيفِهِمَا وَالْمُحَافَظَةِ عَلَيْهِمَا وَبَيَانِ مَا يُسْتَحَبُّ أَنْ يُقْرَأَ فِيهِمَا

Sahih Muslim 724c
Ummul Momineen Aisha (رضي الله تعالى عنها) narrated that the Apostle of Allah ( صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) used to observe two rak'a in between the call to prayer and the Iqama of the dawn prayer.
حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہا بیان کرتی ہیں کہ نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم صبح کی نماز کی اذان اور اقامت کے دوران دو رکعت پڑھتے تھے۔
Hazrat Aisha (Radiyallahu Anha) bayan karti hain ke Nabi Akram (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) subha ki namaz ki azan aur iqamat ke dauran do rakat parhte thay.
وَحَدَّثَنَاهُ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي عَدِيٍّ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ، عَنْ يَحْيَى، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، أَنَّ نَبِيَّ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم كَانَ يُصَلِّي رَكْعَتَيْنِ بَيْنَ النِّدَاءِ وَالإِقَامَةِ مِنْ صَلاَةِ الصُّبْحِ .
