Sahih Muslim 945c

This Hadith is narrated on the authority of Abu Huraira (رضي الله تعالى عنه) through another chain of transmitters (with these words), ‘he who followed it (the bier) till the dead is buried.’

یہی روایت ایک اور استاد سے مروی ہے، اس میں ہے ”جو شخص اس کے دفن ہونے تک اس کے ساتھ رہا۔“

Yahi riwayat ek aur ustad se marwi hai, is mein hai 'jo shakhs is ke dafan hone tak is ke saath raha'.

وَحَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ بْنُ شُعَيْبِ بْنِ اللَّيْثِ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي، عَنْ جَدِّي، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي عُقَيْلُ، بْنُ خَالِدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي رِجَالٌ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏.‏ بِمِثْلِ حَدِيثِ مَعْمَرٍ وَقَالَ ‏ "‏ وَمَنِ اتَّبَعَهَا حَتَّى تُدْفَنَ ‏"‏ ‏.‏
