Mustadrak Al Hakim 1475
Sufyan (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated: Umm Kulthum bint Uqbah (the woman who) prayed with the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) towards both the Qiblas, said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "The best charity is that which is spent on poor relatives." ** This hadith is sahih (authentic) according to the criteria of Imam Muslim (may Allah have mercy on him), but it is not narrated in the Sahihayn (the two Sahih collections of hadith). There is a supporting narration for this hadith with a sahih (authentic) chain of narration.
" حضرت سفیان رضی اللہ عنہ فرماتے ہیں : اُمّ کلثوم بنتِ عقبہ ( وہ خاتون ہیں جنہوں نے ) رسول اللہ ﷺ کے ہمراہ دونوں قبلوں کی طرف نمازیں پڑھی ہیں ۔ آپ فرماتی ہیں : رسول اللہ ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا : بہترین صدقہ وہ ہے جو قریبی نادار رشتہ داروں پر خرچ کیا جائے ۔ ٭٭ یہ حدیث امام مسلم رحمۃ اللہ علیہ کے معیار کے مطابق صحیح ہے لیکن اسے صحیحین میں نقل نہیں کیا گیا ۔ اسناد صحیح کے ساتھ مذکورہ حدیث کی شاہد حدیث موجود ہے جو کہ درج ذیل ہے ۔"
Hazrat Sufiyan (رضي الله تعالى عنه) farmate hain : Umm Kulthum binti Uqba ( woh khatun hain jinhon ne ) Rasul Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ke humrah donon qiblon ki taraf namazain parhaen hain . Aap farmati hain : Rasul Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya : behtarin sadqa woh hai jo qareebi nadar rishtedaron per kharch kiya jaye . ** Yeh hadees Imam Muslim rehmatullah alaih ke miyaar ke mutabiq sahih hai lekin ise sahihain mein naqal nahin kiya gaya . Asnad sahih ke sath mazkora hadees ki shahid hadees maujood hai jo keh darj zel hai .
أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الصَّنْعَانِيُّ، ثنا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الصَّنْعَانِيُّ، ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، أَنْبَأَ مَعْمَرٌ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ، أَنْبَأَ بِشْرُ بْنُ مُوسَى، ثنا الْحُمَيْدِيُّ، ثنا سُفْيَانُ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ حُمَيْدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ أُمِّهِ أُمِّ كُلْثُومٍ بِنْتِ عُقْبَةَ، قَالَ سُفْيَانُ: وَكَانَتْ قَدْ صَلَّتْ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الْقِبْلَتَيْنِ قَالَتْ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «أَفْضَلُ الصَّدَقَةِ عَلَى ذِي الرَّحِمِ الْكَاشِحِ» هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ عَلَى شَرْطِ مُسْلِمٍ، وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ، وَلَهُ شَاهِدٌ بِإِسْنَادٍ صَحِيحٍ "
