Mustadrak Al Hakim 1725
Hajjaj bin Amr Ansari (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Whoever's foot gets injured or is naturally lame, it becomes permissible for him (to offer Hajj by riding) and Hajj of the following year becomes obligatory upon him." Ikrimah said: I asked Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) and Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) about this, and they also confirmed it. ** This Hadith is Sahih (authentic) according to the criteria of both Imam Bukhari (may Allah have mercy on him) and Imam Muslim (may Allah have mercy on him), but both of them did not narrate it.
" حضرت حجاج بن عمرو انصاری رضی اللہ عنہ فرماتے ہیں : رسول اللہ ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا : جس کے پاؤں پر چوٹ لگ گئی یا قدرتی طور پر وہ لنگڑا ہو گیا ، وہ حلالی ہو گیا اور اس پر اگلے سال کا حج فرض ہے ، عکرمہ فرماتے ہیں : میں نے یہ بات حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ اور ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما سے پوچھی ، تو انہوں نے بھی اس کی تصدیق کی ۔ ٭٭ یہ حدیث امام بخاری رحمۃ اللہ علیہ و امام مسلم رحمۃ اللہ علیہ دونوں کے معیار کے مطابق صحیح ہے لیکن دونوں نے ہی اسے نقل نہیں کیا ۔"
Hazrat Hajjaj bin Amro Ansari Radi Allaho Anho farmate hain : Rasool Allah SAW ne irshad farmaya : Jis ke paon par chot lag gayi ya kudrati tor par wo langra ho gaya , wo halali ho gaya aur us par agle saal ka Hajj farz hai , Akarma farmate hain : Maine ye baat Hazrat Abu Huraira Radi Allaho Anho aur Ibn Abbas Radi Allaho Anhuma se poochhi , to unhon ne bhi is ki tasdeeq ki . ** Ye hadees Imam Bukhari Rahmatullah Alaih wa Imam Muslim Rahmatullah Alaih donon ke miyaar ke mutabiq sahih hai lekin donon ne hi ise naqal nahi kiya .
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الْفَقِيهُ، أَنْبَأَ إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ قُتَيْبَةَ، ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى، أَنْبَأَ مَرْوَانُ بْنُ مُعَاوِيَةَ الْفَزَارِيُّ، ثنا الْحَجَّاجُ بْنُ أَبِي عُثْمَانَ الصَّوَّافُ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي الْحَجَّاجُ بْنُ عَمْرِو الْأَنْصَارِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «مَنْ كُسِرَ، أَوْ عُرِجَ فَقَدْ حَلَّ، وَعَلَيْهِ الْحَجُّ مِنْ قَابِلٍ» قَالَ عِكْرِمَةُ: فَسَأَلْتُ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ، وَابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمْ فَقَالَا: صَدَقَ «هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ عَلَى شَرْطِ الْبُخَارِيِّ، وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ»
