Mustadrak Al Hakim 1887
It is narrated on the authority of Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that once he was planting a tree when the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) passed by. He (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) asked: “O Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him)! What are you doing?” He replied: “I am planting a tree.” The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “Shall I not tell you about a better plantation than this?” I said: “What is that?” He (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “Say: ‘Glory be to Allah, and praise be to Allah, and there is no god but Allah, and Allah is the Greatest.’ (For each utterance, a tree will be planted for you).” ** This hadith is sahih (authentic) in its chain of narration, but Imam Bukhari (may Allah have mercy on him) and Imam Muslim (may Allah have mercy on him) did not narrate it. There is also a supporting hadith narrated by Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) (which is mentioned below).
" حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ ایک مرتبہ وہ درخت لگا رہے تھے کہ ان کے پاس رسول اللہ ﷺ کا گزر ہوا ، آپ ﷺ نے پوچھا : اے ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ ! تم کیا کر رہے ہو ؟ انہوں نے جواب دیا : میں درخت لگا رہا ہوں ۔ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا : کیا میں اس سے بہتر شجرکاری کے بارے میں تمہیں نہ بتاؤں ؟ میں نے عرض کیا : وہ کیا ہے ؟ آپ ﷺ نے فرمایا :’’ سبحان اللّٰہ ، والحمدللّٰہ ، ولا الہ الا اللّٰہ ، واللّٰہ اکبر ۔ ‘‘ ( ہر تسبیح کے بدلے تیرے لیے ایک درخت لگا دیا جائے گا ۔ ) ٭٭ یہ حدیث صحیح الاسناد ہے لیکن امام بخاری رحمۃ اللہ علیہ اور امام مسلم رحمۃ اللہ علیہ نے اس کو نقل نہیں کیا اور حضرت جابر رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ایک حدیث اس کی شاہد بھی موجود ہے ( جو کہ درج ذیل ہے ) ۔"
Hazrat Abu Huraira (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se riwayat hai ki aik martaba woh darakht laga rahe thay ki un ke pass Rasul Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ka guzar hua, Aap (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne poocha: Aye Abu Huraira (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ! Tum kya kar rahe ho? Unhon ne jawab diya: Main darakht laga raha hun. Rasul Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: kya main is se behtar shajarkari ke bare mein tumhen na bataun? Maine arz kiya: Woh kya hai? Aap (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: "Subhan Allah, walhamdulillah, wa la ilaha illallah, wallahu akbar." (Har tasbeeh ke badle tumhare liye aik darakht laga diya jayega.) ** Ye hadees sahih al-isnad hai lekin Imam Bukhari Rahmatullah Alaih aur Imam Muslim Rahmatullah Alaih ne is ko naqal nahin kiya aur Hazrat Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marwi ek hadees is ki shahid bhi maujood hai (jo ki darj zail hai).
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الْفَقِيهُ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو الْمُثَنَّى، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْخُزَاعِيُّ، ثنا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي سِنَانٍ، عَنْ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ أَبِي سَوْدَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَرَّ بِهِ وَهُوَ يَغْرِسُ غَرْسًا، فَقَالَ: «مَا تَصْنَعُ يَا أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ؟» قَالَ: أَغْرِسُ غَرْسًا. فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «أَلَا أَدُلُّكَ عَلَى غَرْسٍ خَيْرٌ لَكَ مِنْهُ؟» قُلْتُ: مَا هُوَ؟ قَالَ: «سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ، وَالْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ، وَلَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ، وَاللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ يُغْرَسُ لَكَ بِكُلِّ وَاحِدَةٍ شَجَرَةٌ» هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحُ الْإِسْنَادِ، وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ " وَلَهُ شَاهِدٌ عَنْ جَابِرٍ
