Mustadrak Al Hakim 2296
Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: “Fulfill the trust of the one who entrusted you and do not betray the one who betrayed you.” **Abbas said: I divorced (my wife, conditionally) that I would write the name of the partner and leave Qais (i.e., would not write his name). (Is this action correct?) He replied: You give too much importance to the narration of the partner. The narration narrated by Abu Husain is Sahih (authentic) on the criteria of Imam Muslim (may Allah have mercy on him). But the two Sheikhs (may Allah have mercy on them) did not narrate it. A narration narrated by Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) is a witness to the aforementioned narration. (Which is as follows).
" حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا : جو تجھے امانت دے ، اس کی امانت اس کے سپرد کرو اور جو تم سے خیانت کرے تم اس سے خیانت مت کرو ۔ ٭٭ عباس فرماتے ہیں : میں نے طلق سے کہا کہ میں شریک کا نام لکھتا ہوں اور قیس کو چھوڑ دیتا ہوں ( یہ عمل کیسا ہے ؟ ) انہوں نے جواب دیا : آپ شریک کی حدیث کو زیادہ سمجھتے ہیں ۔ ابوحصین سے روایت کردہ حدیث امام مسلم رحمۃ اللہ علیہ کے معیار پر صحیح ہے ۔ لیکن شیخین رحمۃ اللہ علیہما نے اس کو نقل نہیں کیا ۔ حضرت انس رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ایک حدیث مذکورہ حدیث کی شاہد ہے ( جو کہ درج ذیل ہے )"
Hazrat Abu Huraira (رضي الله تعالى عنه) farmate hain ki Rasul Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya: Jo tujhe amanat de uski amanat uske supurd karo aur jo tumse khyanat kare tum usse khyanat mat karo. ** Abbas farmate hain: Maine talaq se kaha ki main sharik ka naam likhta hun aur qais ko chhod deta hun (ye amal kaisa hai?) Unhon ne jawab diya: Aap sharik ki hadith ko zyada samajhte hain. Abu hussain se riwayat kardah hadees imam muslim rehmatullah alaih ke miyaar par sahih hai. Lekin sheikhein rehmatullah alaihema ne isko naqal nahi kiya. Hazrat Anas (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi ek hadees mazkoorah hadees ki shahid hai (jo ki darj zail hai).
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثنا الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الدُّورِيُّ، ثنا طَلْقُ بْنُ غَنَّامٍ، ثنا شَرِيكٌ، وَقَيْسٌ، عَنْ أَبِي حُصَيْنٍ، عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «أَدِّ الْأَمَانَةَ إِلَى مَنِ ائْتَمَنَكَ، وَلَا تَخُنْ مَنْ خَانَكَ» قَالَ الْعَبَّاسُ: قُلْتُ لِطَلْقٍ: اكْتُبُ «شَرِيكٌ» وَأَدَعُ «قَيْسٌ» ؟ قَالَ: أَنْتَ أَبْصَرُ. «حَدِيثُ شَرِيكٍ، عَنْ أَبِي حُصَيْنٍ صَحِيحٌ عَلَى شَرْطِ مُسْلِمٍ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ» وَلَهُ شَاهِدٌ عَنْ أَنَسٍ "" [التعليق - من تلخيص الذهبي] 2296 - على شرط مسلم وشاهده
