Mustadrak Al Hakim 2331

Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that a captive came to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), so he (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) ordered me to sell two brothers. I sold both of them and sold them separately. Then I came to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and informed him, so he (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: Find them and bring them back, and sell them together and do not separate them. ** This hadith is Ghareeb (single-chained narration), and this hadith is Sahih (authentic) according to the criteria of both Imam Bukhari (may Allah have mercy on him) and Imam Muslim (may Allah have mercy on him) but neither of them narrated it. And its chain of narration reaches Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) through Maymun bin Abi Shabib after Hukm, and this is also Sahih (authentic).

" حضرت علی رضی اللہ عنہ فرماتے ہیں کہ نبی اکرم ﷺ کے پاس ایک قیدی آیا ، آپ ﷺ نے مجھے دو بھائی بیچنے کا حکم دیا میں نے ان دونوں کو بیچ دیا اور الگ الگ کر کے بیچا پھر میں نے نبی اکرم ﷺ کے پاس آ کر بتایا تو آپ ﷺ نے فرمایا : ان کو ڈھونڈو اور واپس لو اور اکٹھا بیچو اور ان کو جدا نہ کرو ۔ ٭٭ یہ حدیث غریب ہے ، اور یہ حدیث امام بخاری رحمۃ اللہ علیہ اور امام مسلم رحمۃ اللہ علیہ دونوں کے معیار کے مطابق صحیح ہے لیکن دونوں نے ہی اسے نقل نہیں کیا ۔ اور اس کی سند حکم کے بعد میمون بن ابی شبیب کے واسطے سے حضرت علی رضی اللہ عنہ تک پہنچتی ہے اور یہ بھی صحیح ہے ۔"

Hazrat Ali Radi Allaho Anho farmate hain ke Nabi Akram SAW ke pass aik qaidi aaya, aap SAW ne mujhe do bhai bechne ka hukum diya, main ne un dono ko bech diya aur alag alag kar ke becha, phir main ne Nabi Akram SAW ke pass aa kar bataya to aap SAW ne farmaya: un ko dhundo aur wapas lao aur ikatha becho aur un ko juda na karo. ** Yeh hadees ghareeb hai, aur yeh hadees Imam Bukhari rehmatullah alaih aur Imam Muslim rehmatullah alaih dono ke miyaar ke mutabiq sahi hai lekin dono ne hi ise naqal nahi kiya. Aur is ki sanad hukm ke baad Maimoon bin Abi Shabib ke vasate se Hazrat Ali Radi Allaho Anho tak pahunchti hai aur yeh bhi sahi hai.

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْفَضْلِ الْحَسَنُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ الْعَدْلُ، مِنْ أَصْلِ كِتَابِهِ غَيْرَ مَرَّةٍ، ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي طَالِبٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْوَهَّابِ بْنِ عَطَاءٍ أَنْبَأَ شُعْبَةُ عَنِ الْحَكَمِ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى عَنْ عَلِيٍّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: قَدِمَ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ سَبْيٌ، فَأَمَرَنِي بِبَيْعِ أَخَوَيْنِ، فَبِعْتُهُمَا، وَفَرَّقْتُ بَيْنَهُمَا، ثُمَّ أَتَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَأَخْبَرْتُهُ، فَقَالَ: «أَدْرِكْهُمَا فَارْتَجِعْهُمَا وَبِعْهُمَا جَمِيعًا وَلَا تُفَرِّقْ بَيْنَهُمَا» هَذَا حَدِيثٌ غَرِيبٌ صَحِيحٌ عَلَى شَرْطِ الشَّيْخَيْنِ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ «وَقَدْ قِيلَ عَنِ الْحَكَمِ عَنْ مَيْمُونِ بْنِ أَبِي شَبِيبٍ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ وَهُوَ صَحِيحٌ أَيْضًا» [التعليق - من تلخيص الذهبي] 2331 - على شرط البخاري ومسلم غريب
