Mustadrak Al Hakim 2361
The Mother of the Believers, Aisha Radi Allahu Anha narrates that the Holy Prophet ﷺ said: “'Rahu' - The excess water of a well should not be stopped.” ** Abdur Rahman narrates from his father that “Rahu” means that if a well is shared by several people, and one of them has a larger share of the water, he should not prevent his companion from using it. ** This hadith is Sahih al-Isnad, but Imam Bukhari (may Allah have mercy on him) and Imam Muslim (may Allah have mercy on him) did not narrate it. Imam Bukhari (may Allah have mercy on him) and Imam Muslim (may Allah have mercy on him) narrated the hadith of Zuhri in this chapter, in which they narrated through Saeed and Abu Salama, this statement of Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him): Do not stop the excess water in order to reserve the grass.
" ام المومنین حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا فرماتی ہیں کہ نبی اکرم ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا :’’ رہو ‘‘ کنویں کے اضافی پانی کو نہ روکا جائے ۔ ٭٭ عبدالرحمن اپنے والد کا بیان نقل کرتے ہیں کہ ’’ رہو ‘‘ کا مطلب یہ ہے کہ ایک کنواں چند لوگوں کا مشترکہ ہو ، جس میں پانی ہو ، ان میں سے ایک آدمی کا حصہ زیادہ ہو ، تو وہ اپنے ساتھی کو منع نہ کرے ۔ ٭٭ یہ حدیث صحیح الاسناد ہے لیکن امام بخاری رحمۃ اللہ علیہ اور امام مسلم رحمۃ اللہ علیہ نے اس کو نقل نہیں کیا ، امام بخاری رحمۃ اللہ علیہ اور امام مسلم رحمۃ اللہ علیہ نے اس باب میں زہری کی وہ حدیث نقل کی ہے جس میں انہوں نے سعید اور ابوسلمہ کے واسطے سے حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ کا یہ فرمان نقل کیا ہے : گھاس روکنے کے لیے اضافی پانی نہ روکا جائے ۔"
Umm ul Momineen Hazrat Ayesha Radi Allaho Anha farmati hain keh Nabi Akram Sallallaho Alaihe Wasallam ne irshad farmaya: '' Riho '' kuen ke izafi pani ko na roka jaye. ** Abdur Rahman apne walid ka bayan naqal karte hain keh '' Riho '' ka matlab ye hai keh aik kuen chand logon ka mushtareka ho, jis mein pani ho, in mein se aik admi ka hissa zyada ho, to woh apne sathi ko mana na kare. ** Ye hadees sahih ul isnad hai lekin Imam Bukhari rehmatullah alaih aur Imam Muslim rehmatullah alaih ne is ko naqal nahi kiya, Imam Bukhari rehmatullah alaih aur Imam Muslim rehmatullah alaih ne is bab mein Zehri ki woh hadees naqal ki hai jis mein unhon ne Saeed aur Abu Salma ke waste se Hazrat Abu Hurairah Radi Allaho Anho ka ye farman naqal kiya hai: "Ghaas rokne ke liye izafi pani na roka jaye."
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ صَالِحِ بْنِ هَانِئٍ، ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يَحْيَى، ثنا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْوَهَّابِ الْحَجَبِيُّ، ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ أَبِي الرِّجَالِ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ أَبِيَ يُحَدِّثُ، عَنْ أُمِّهِ عَمْرَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «لَا يُمْنَعُ نَقْعُ الْبِئْرِ وَهُوَ الرَّهْوُ» قَالَ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ: سَمِعْتُ أَبِيَ يَقُولُ: إِنَّ الرَّهْوَ أَنْ تَكُونَ الْبِئْرُ بَيْنَ شُرَكَاءَ فِيهَا الْمَاءُ فَيَكُونَ لِلرَّجُلِ فِيهَا فَضْلٌ فَلَا يَمْنَعُ صَاحِبَهُ «هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحُ الْإِسْنَادِ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ» [التعليق - من تلخيص الذهبي] 2361 - صحيح إِنَّمَا اتَّفَقَا مِنْ هَذَا الْبَابِ عَلَى حَدِيثِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ سَعِيدٍ وَأَبِي سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ «لَا يُمْنَعْ فَضْلُ الْمَاءِ لِيُمْنَعَ بِهِ الْكَلَأُ»
