Mustadrak Al Hakim 2373
It is narrated on the authority of Abdur Rahman bin Usman Taimi (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) forbade (the pilgrims) from picking up a lost item. ** This hadith is Sahih al-Isnad but Imam Bukhari (may Allah have mercy on him) and Imam Muslim (may Allah have mercy on him) did not narrate it. **
" حضرت عبدالرحمن بن عثمان تیمی رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے حاجی کا لقطہ ( اٹھانے سے ) منع فرمایا ۔ ٭٭ یہ حدیث صحیح الاسناد ہے لیکن امام بخاری رحمۃ اللہ علیہ اور امام مسلم رحمۃ اللہ علیہ نے اس کو نقل نہیں کیا ۔"
Hazrat Abdar Rahman bin Usman Tami (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se riwayat hai ki Rasul Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne Haji ka Luqtah uthane se mana farmaya. ** Ye Hadees Sahih Al Isnad hai lekin Imam Bukhari Rahmatullah Alaih aur Imam Muslim Rahmatullah Alaih ne isko naqal nahi kiya.
أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْحَكَمِ، أَنْبَأَ ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ الْحَارِثِ، عَنْ بُكَيْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْأَشَجِّ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ حَاطِبٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ حَاطِبٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ التَّيْمِيِّ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ «نَهَى عَنْ لُقَطَةِ الْحَاجِّ» هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ الْإِسْنَادِ "" [التعليق - من تلخيص الذهبي] 2373 - صحيح
