Mustadrak Al Hakim 2670
Ibn Zubair (may Allah be pleased with them) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “Whoever takes out a sword and then puts it down, even if (only) then, his blood has become (as if) spilled in vain (meaning he has become liable to be killed).” ** This hadith is sahih (authentic) according to the criteria of both Imam Bukhari (may Allah have mercy on him) and Imam Muslim (may Allah have mercy on him), but neither of them narrated it.
" حضرت ابن الزبیر رضی اللہ عنہما فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا : جو تلوار سونت لے پھر ( چاہے ) اس کو نیچے ( ہی ) کر لے ( بہرحال ) اس کا خون رائیگاں ہو گیا ۔ ( یعنی وہ مباح الدم ہو گیا ) ۔ ٭٭ یہ حدیث امام بخاری رحمۃ اللہ علیہ و امام مسلم رحمۃ اللہ علیہ دونوں کے معیار کے مطابق صحیح ہے لیکن دونوں نے ہی اسے نقل نہیں کیا ۔"
Hazrat Ibn al-Zubair ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a farmate hain ki Rasul Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya: Jo talwar sont le phir (chahe) usko niche (hi) kar le (beharhaal) uska khoon raigan ho gaya. (yani woh mubahud dam ho gaya). ** Yeh hadees Imam Bukhari Rahmatullah Alaih wa Imam Muslim Rahmatullah Alaih dono ke miyaar ke mutabiq sahih hai lekin dono ne hi ise naqal nahin kiya.
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ صَالِحِ بْنِ هَانِئٍ، ثنا السَّرِيُّ بْنُ خُزَيْمَةَ، ثنا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، ثنا وهَيْبٌ، عَنْ مَعْمَرِ بْنِ رَاشِدٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ طَاوُسٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنِ ابْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «مَنْ شَهَرَ سَيْفَهُ، ثُمَّ وَضَعَهُ، فَدَمُهُ هَدَرٌ» هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ عَلَى شَرْطِ الشَّيْخَيْنِ، وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ "" [التعليق - من تلخيص الذهبي] 2670 - على شرط البخاري ومسلم
