Mustadrak Al Hakim 2794
Abdullah ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "The most hateful of the lawful things to Allah is divorce." ** This Hadith is Sahih (authentic) in its chain of narration, but Imam Bukhari (may Allah have mercy on him) and Imam Muslim (may Allah have mercy on him) did not narrate it. One of the implications of this Hadith is that it should be mentioned at the beginning of the Book of Divorce.
" عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا : اللہ تعالیٰ کو حلال چیزوں میں سب سے زیادہ ناپسندیدہ ’’ طلاق ‘‘ ہے ۔ ٭٭ یہ حدیث صحیح الاسناد ہے لیکن امام بخاری رحمۃ اللہ علیہ اور امام مسلم رحمۃ اللہ علیہ نے اس کو نقل نہیں کیا ، اس حدیث کے حکم میں سے یہ بھی ہے کہ اس کو کتاب الطلاق کے آغاز میں ذکر کرنا چاہئے ۔"
Abdullah bin Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a farmate hain ki Rasul Allah ﷺ ne irshad farmaya : Allah ta'ala ko halal cheezon mein sab se zyada napasandida '' talaq '' hai . ** yah hadees sahih al-isnad hai lekin Imam Bukhari rehmatullah alaih aur Imam Muslim rehmatullah alaih ne is ko naqal nahin kiya , is hadees ke hukm mein se yah bhi hai ki is ko kitab al-talaq ke aaghaz mein zikr karna chahie .
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ بَالَوَيْهِ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ يُونُسَ، ثنا مَعْرُوفُ بْنُ وَاصِلٍ، عَنْ مُحَارِبِ بْنِ دِثَارٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «مَا أَحَلَّ اللَّهُ شَيْئًا أَبْغَضَ إِلَيْهِ مِنَ الطَّلَاقِ» هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحُ الْإِسْنَادِ، وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ، وَمِنْ حُكْمِ هَذَا الْحَدِيثِ أَنْ يُبْدَأَ بِهِ فِي كِتَابِ الطَّلَاقِ "" [التعليق - من تلخيص الذهبي] 2794 - بعد تصحيح الحاكم للحديث على شرط مسلم
