Mustadrak Al Hakim 2796
Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that when the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) divorced Hafsah (may Allah be pleased with her), he was commanded to take her back, so he took her back. ** This hadith is sahih (authentic) according to the criteria of Imam Bukhari and Imam Muslim, but the two Sheikhs did not narrate it.
" حضرت انس رضی اللہ عنہ فرماتے ہیں کہ جب رسول اللہ ﷺ نے حضرت حفصہ کو طلاق دی تو آپ ﷺ کو رجوع کرنے کا حکم دیا گیا تو آپ نے رجوع کر لیا ۔ ٭٭ یہ حدیث امام بخاری رحمۃ اللہ علیہ اور امام مسلم رحمۃ اللہ علیہ کے معیار کے مطابق صحیح ہے لیکن شیخین نے اسے نقل نہیں کیا ۔"
Hazrat Anas (رضي الله تعالى عنه) farmate hain ki jab Rasul Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne Hazrat Hafsah ko talaq di to Aap (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko ruju karne ka hukum diya gaya to Aap ne ruju kar liya. ** Yeh hadees Imam Bukhari Rahmatullah Alaih aur Imam Muslim Rahmatullah Alaih ke miyaar ke mutabiq sahih hai lekin Sheikhein ne ise naqal nahin kiya.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الْفَقِيهُ، وَعَلِيُّ بْنُ حَمْشَاذَ الْعَدْلُ، قَالَا: أَنْبَأَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عِيسَى بْنِ السَّكَنِ الْوَاسِطِيُّ، ثنا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَوْنٍ، ثنا هُشَيْمٌ، أَنْبَأَ حُمَيْدٌ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: «لَمَّا طَلَّقَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ حَفْصَةَ أُمِرَ أَنْ يُرَاجِعَهَا فَرَاجَعَهَا» هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ عَلَى شَرْطِ الشَّيْخَيْنِ، وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ "" [التعليق - من تلخيص الذهبي] 2796 - على شرط البخاري ومسلم
