Mustadrak Al Hakim 2853
Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The child born from adultery is the evil (result) of three people." Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "I consider serving a thong in the way of Allah to be better than setting free a slave from among the children of Ishmael." This hadith is sahih (authentic) according to the criteria of Imam Muslim (may Allah have mercy on him) but the two Shaykhs (al-Bukhari and Muslim) did not narrate it. The following hadith narrated from Abu Hurairah by Abu Salamah supports the aforementioned hadith.
" حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا : زنا کے نتیجے میں پیدا ہونے والا بچہ تین افراد کی برائی ( کا نتیجہ ) ہے ۔ ٭٭ حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ فرماتے ہیں : میں اللہ کی راہ میں ایک تسمہ خدمت کرنے کو ، حرامی علام آزاد کرنے سے بہتر سمجھتا ہوں ۔ ٭٭ یہ حدیث امام مسلم رحمۃ اللہ علیہ کے معیار کے مطابق صحیح ہے لیکن شیخین نے اسے نقل نہیں کیا ۔ حضرت ابوسلمہ کی ابوہریرہ سے مروی درج ذیل حدیث مذکورہ حدیث کی شاہد ہے ۔"
Hazrat Abu Hurairah (رضي الله تعالى عنه) farmate hain keh Rasul Allah SAW ne irshad farmaya: Zina ke natije mein peda hone wala baccha teen afrad ki burai (ka natija) hai. Hazrat Abu Hurairah (رضي الله تعالى عنه) farmate hain: Mein Allah ki rah mein ek tasma khidmat karne ko, harami aulad azad karne se behtar samajhta hun. Yeh hadees Imam Muslim Rehmatullah Alaih ke miyaar ke mutabiq sahih hai lekin Shekhan ne ise naqal nahin kiya. Hazrat Abu Salma ki Abu Hurairah se marvi darj zail hadees mazkoorah hadees ki shahid hai.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو نَصْرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ سَهْلٍ الْفَقِيهُ بِبُخَارَى، نا صَالِحُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْحَافِظُ نا أَبُو الرَّبِيعِ الزَّهْرَانِيُّ، وَعُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، وَزُهَيْرُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، قَالُوا: نا جَرِيرٌ، عَنْ سُهَيْلِ بْنِ أَبِي صَالِحٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «وَلَدُ الزِّنَا شَرُّ الثَّلَاثَةِ» قَالَ أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ: «لَأَنْ أُمَتَّعَ بِسَوْطٍ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ أَحَبُّ إِلَيَّ أَنْ أُعْتِقَ وَلَدَ زِنْيَةٍ» هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ عَلَى شَرْطِ مُسْلِمٍ، وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ "" وَلَهُ شَاهِدٌ مِنْ حَدِيثِ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ [التعليق - من تلخيص الذهبي] 2853 - على شرط مسلم
