Mustadrak Al Hakim 3056
Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that Allah Almighty said to His Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him): "Purify My House for those who circumambulate it, those who seclude themselves in it for worship, and those who bow and prostrate themselves." So, Tawaf (circumambulation) precedes prayer. And the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Circumambulating the Kaaba is like prayer, except that Allah Almighty has permitted talking during Tawaf." Therefore, if one has to speak, they should not speak anything but good. ** This Hadith is Sahih (authentic) according to the criteria of Imam Muslim (may Allah have mercy on him), but the two Shaykhs (Imam Bukhari and Imam Muslim) did not narrate it. However, this Hadith is well-known with the chain of narration of Ata' bin Saib from Said bin Jubair (may Allah be pleased with him).
" حضرت ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما فرماتے ہیں : اللہ تعالیٰ نے اپنے نبی ﷺ سے فرمایا : میرا گھر خوب پاک صاف کر دو طواف کرنے والوں کے لیے ، اعتکاف کرنے والوں کے لیے اور رکوع و سجود کرنے والوں کے لیے ۔ چنانچہ طواف ، نماز سے پہلے ہے اور رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا : بیت اللہ کا طواف نماز کی طرح ہے ۔ الا یہ کہ اللہ تعالیٰ نے طواف میں بول چال کو حلال کیا ہے ۔ اس لیے اگر کسی کو بولنا بھی ہو تو وہ خیر کے سوا کچھ نہ بولے ۔ ٭٭ یہ حدیث امام مسلم رحمۃ اللہ علیہ کے معیار کے مطابق صحیح ہے لیکن شیخین رحمۃ اللہ علیہما نے اسے نقل نہیں کیا ۔ تاہم یہ حدیث عطاء بن سائب کی سعید بن جبیر رضی اللہ عنہ کی سند کے حوالے سے معروف ہے ۔"
Hazrat Ibn Abbas ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a farmate hain : Allah ta'ala ne apne Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) se farmaya : mera ghar khoob pak saaf kar do, tawaf karne walon ke liye, aitekaf karne walon ke liye aur ruku w sujud karne walon ke liye. Chunancha tawaf, namaz se pehle hai aur Rasul Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya : Baitullah ka tawaf namaz ki tarah hai. Ila yeh ke Allah ta'ala ne tawaf mein bol chal ko halal kiya hai. Is liye agar kisi ko bolna bhi ho to woh khair ke siwa kuch na bole. ** Yeh hadees Imam Muslim Rehmatullah Alaih ke miyaar ke mutabiq sahih hai lekin Sheekhain Rehmatullah Alaihema ne ise naqal nahin kiya. Taham yeh hadees Ata bin Saib ki Saeed bin Jubair (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ki sanad ke hawale se maroof hai.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَمْرٍو عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ السَّمَّاكِ بِبَغْدَادَ، عَنْ مُكْرَمٍ الْبَزَّازِ، ثنا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ، أَنْبَأَ الْقَاسِمُ بْنُ أَبِي أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ: قَالَ اللَّهُ لِنَبِيِّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «طَهِّرَا بَيْتِيَ لِلطَّائِفِينَ وَالْعَاكِفِينَ وَالرُّكَّعِ السُّجُودِ» فَالطَّوَافُ قَبْلَ الصَّلَاةِ، وَقَدْ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «الطَّوَافُ بِالْبَيْتِ بِمَنْزِلَةِ الصَّلَاةِ، إِلَّا أَنَّ اللَّهَ قَدْ أَحَلَّ فِيهِ الْمِنْطَقَ، فَمَنْ نَطَقَ فَلَا يَنْطِقْ إِلَّا بِخَيْرٍ» هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ عَلَى شَرْطِ مُسْلِمٍ، وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ "" وَإِنَّمَا يُعْرَفُ هَذَا الْحَدِيثُ، عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ السَّائِبِ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرِ [التعليق - من تلخيص الذهبي] 3056 - على شرط مسلم
