Mustadrak Al Hakim 3183
Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates regarding the verse: "And when (other) relatives and orphans and the needy are present at the division (of inheritance), then provide them out of it and speak to them words of kindness." (Quran 4:8) (Translation: Kanzul Iman, Imam Ahmad Raza Khan) - Give them (orphans, needy etc.) a little from the wealth, and if there is no room in the wealth, then apologize to them. ** This hadith is sahih in its chain of narration, but Imam Bukhari and Imam Muslim did not narrate it.
" حضرت ( عبداللہ ) بن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما اللہ تعالیٰ کے ارشاد : وَ اِذَا حَضَرَ الْقِسْمَۃَ اُوْلُوا الْقُرْبٰی وَ الْیَتٰمٰی وَ الْمَسٰکِیْنُ فَارْزُقُوھہُمْ مِّنْہُ وَقُوْلُوْا لَھُمْ قَوْلًا مَّعْرُوْفًا ( النساء : 8 ) ’’ پھر بانٹتے وقت اگر رشتہ دار اور یتیم اور مسکین آ جائیں تو اس میں سے انہیں بھی کچھ دو اور ان سے اچھی بات کہو ‘‘۔ ( ترجمہ کنزالایمان ، امام احمد رضا رحمۃ اللہ علیہ ) کے متعلق فرماتے ہیں ۔ ان ( یتیموں ، مسکینوں وغیرہ ) کو مال میں سے تھوڑا سا دے دو اور اگر مال میں گنجائش نہ ہو تو ان سے معذرت کر لی جائے ۔ ٭٭ یہ حدیث صحیح الاسناد ہے لیکن امام بخاری رحمۃ اللہ علیہ اور امام مسلم رحمۃ اللہ علیہ نے اسے نقل نہیں کیا ۔"
Hazrat (Abdullah) bin Abbas ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a Allah Ta'ala ke Irshad : Wa Iza Hazar Al-Qismata Ulu Al-Qurba wa Al-Yatama wa Al-Masakin Farzuquhum Minhu Wa Qulu Lahum Qawlan Ma'rufa (Al-Nisa : 8) ''Phir bantte waqt agar rishtedaar aur yateem aur miskeen aa jayen to ismein se unhen bhi kuchh do aur unse achhi baat kaho ''. (Tarjuma Kanzul Iman, Imam Ahmad Raza Rahmatullah Alaih) Ke mutalliq farmate hain. Un (yateemon, miskenon waghaira) ko maal mein se thora sa de do aur agar maal mein gunjaish na ho to unse mazarat kar li jaye. **Yeh hadees sahih al-isnad hai lekin Imam Bukhari Rahmatullah Alaih aur Imam Muslim Rahmatullah Alaih ne ise naqal nahin kiya.
أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ الْحَافِظُ، ثنا حَامِدُ بْنُ مَحْمُودٍ، ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الدَّشْتَكِيُّ، ثنا عَمْرُو بْنُ أَبِي قَيْسٍ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ الشَّيْبَانِيِّ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا، فِي قَوْلِهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ "" {وَإِذَا حَضَرَ الْقِسْمَةَ أُولُو الْقُرْبَى وَالْيَتَامَى وَالْمَسَاكِينُ فَارْزُقُوهُمْ مِنْهُ وَقُولُوا لَهُمْ قَوْلًا مَعْرُوفًا} قَالَ: يُرْضَخُ لَهُمْ فَإِنْ كَانَ فِي الْمَالِ تَقْصِيرٌ اعْتُذِرَ إِلَيْهِمْ «هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحُ الْإِسْنَادِ وَلَمْ يُخْرِجَاهُ» [التعليق - من تلخيص الذهبي] 3183 - صحيح
