Mustadrak Al Hakim 3212
Abu Rafi (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) ordered us to kill dogs. So some people asked: O Messenger of Allah, what is lawful for us from among the types of animals you have ordered us to kill? So, Allah, the Exalted, revealed this verse: "They ask you, [O Muhammad], what has been made lawful for them. Say, "Lawful for you are [all] good foods and [that which you obtain] from the prey of those hunting animals which you train [to hunt]..." (Al-Ma'idah 5:4) "O Beloved, they ask you what is lawful for them, say: Lawful for you are all pure things and those hunting animals you have trained." (Translation Kanzul Iman, Imam Ahmed Raza Khan, may Allah have mercy on him) ** This hadith is authentic in its chain of narration, but Imam Bukhari (may Allah have mercy on him) and Imam Muslim (may Allah have mercy on him) did not narrate it.
" حضرت ابورافع رضی اللہ عنہ فرماتے ہیں : رسول اللہ ﷺ نے ہمیں کتوں کو مارنے کا حکم دیا تو کچھ لوگوں نے کہا : یا رسول اللہ ﷺ جانوروں کی جس نوع کے قتل کا آپ نے ہمیں حکم دیا ہے ، ان میں سے ہمارے لیے حلال کیا ہے ؟ تو اللہ تعالیٰ نے یہ آیت نازل فرمائی : یَسْئَلُوْنَکَ مَاذَآ اُحِلَّ لَھُمْ قُلْ اُحِلَّ لَکُمُ الطَّیِّبٰتُ وَمَا عَلَّمْتُمْ مِّنَ الْجَوَارِحِ مُکَلِّبِیْنَ ( المائدہ : 4 ) ’’ اے محبوب تم سے پوچھتے ہیں کہ ان کے لیے کیا حلال ہوا تم فرما دو کہ حلال کی گئیں تمہارے لیے پاک چیزیں اور شکاری جانور تم نے سدھا لیے ‘‘۔ ( ترجمہ کنزالایمان ، امام احمد رضا رحمۃ اللہ علیہ ) ٭٭ یہ حدیث صحیح الاسناد ہے لیکن امام بخاری رحمۃ اللہ علیہ اور امام مسلم رحمۃ اللہ علیہ نے اسے نقل نہیں کیا ۔"
Hazrat Abu Rafi raziallahu anhu farmate hain : Rasool Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne hamen kutton ko marne ka hukm diya to kuch logon ne kaha : Ya Rasool Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) janwaron ki jis nau ke qatl ka aap ne hamen hukm diya hai, un men se hamare liye halal kya hai ? To Allah ta'ala ne ye ayat nazil farmai : Yas'alunaka maza uhilla lahum qul uhilla lakumut tayyibat wa ma 'allamtumeminal jawarihi mukallibeen (Al-Ma'idah : 4) '' Aye mahboob tum se puchte hain ki un ke liye kya halal hua tum farma do ki halal ki gayin tumhare liye pak chizen aur shikari janwar tum ne sidha liye ''. ( Tarjuma Kanzul Iman, Imam Ahmad Raza rehmatullah alaih ) ** Ye hadees sahih al-isnad hai lekin Imam Bukhari rehmatullah alaih aur Imam Muslim rehmatullah alaih ne ise naql nahin kiya .
حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو بَكْرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ بَالَوَيْهِ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ شَاذَانَ الْجَوْهَرِيُّ، ثنا مُعَلَّى بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، ثنا ابْنُ أَبِي زَائِدَةَ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ أَبَانَ بْنِ صَالِحٍ، عَنِ الْقَعْقَاعِ بْنِ حَكِيمٍ، عَنْ سَلْمَى، عَنْ أَبِي رَافِعٍ، قَالَ: أَمَرَنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِقَتْلِ الْكِلَابِ فَقَالَ النَّاسُ: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، مَا أُحِلَّ لَنَا مِنْ هَذِهِ الْأُمَّةِ الَّتِي أَمَرْتَ بِقَتْلِهَا؟ فَأَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ "" {يَسْأَلُونَكَ مَاذَا أُحِلَّ لَهُمْ قُلْ أُحِلَّ لَكُمُ الطَّيِّبَاتُ، وَمَا عَلَّمْتُمْ مِنَ الْجَوَارِحِ مُكَلِّبِينَ} [المائدة: 4] «هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحُ الْإِسْنَادِ وَلَمْ يُخْرِجَاهُ» [التعليق - من تلخيص الذهبي] 3212 - صحيح
