Mustadrak Al Hakim 3234
Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) was asked, "Did Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) see his Lord?" He replied, "Yes, he saw Him (and the state was such) as if both his feet were on greenery beneath curtains of pearls." I said, "O Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him)! Didn't Allah Almighty say: 'Vision perceives Him not, but He perceives all vision. (Al-An'am: 103)' (Translation: Kanz-ul-Iman, Imam Ahmad Raza Khan, may Allah have mercy on him) You said: 'May your mother be bereaved! It is not so. He (the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) is the light of Allah Almighty (Himself) and the state of His light is such that when He manifests His light, nothing can comprehend it." ** This Hadith is Sahih-ul-Isnad, but Imam Bukhari (may Allah have mercy on him) and Imam Muslim (may Allah have mercy on him) did not narrate it. **
" حضرت ( عبداللہ ) بن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما سے دریافت کیا گیا : کیا محمد ﷺ نے رب کو دیکھا ہے ؟ انہوں نے جواباً کہا : جی ہاں ۔ آپ ﷺ نے دیکھا ہے ( اور حالت یوں تھی ) گویا کہ آپ کے دونوں قدم موتیوں کے پردوں کے نیچے سبزے پر تھے ۔ میں نے کہا : اے ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما ! کیا اللہ تعالیٰ نے یہ نہیں فرمایا : لَا تُدْرِکُہُ الْاَبْصَارُ وَ ھُوَ یُدْرِکُ الْاَبْصَارَ ( الانعام : 103 ) ’’ آنکھیں اسے احاطہ نہیں کرتیں اور سب آنکھیں اس کے احاطہ میں ہیں ‘‘۔ ( ترجمہ کنزالایمان ، امام احمد رضا رحمۃ اللہ علیہ ) آپ نے فرمایا : تیری ماں نہ رہے ، ایسا نہیں ہے وہ ( رسول اکرم ﷺ ) تو اللہ تعالیٰ ( ہی ) کا نور ہیں اور اس کے نور کا یہ عالم ہے کہ جب اپنے نور کی تجلی ڈالتا ہے تو کوئی چیز اس کا ادراک نہیں کر سکتی ۔ ٭٭ یہ حدیث صحیح الاسناد ہے لیکن امام بخاری رحمۃ اللہ علیہ اور امام مسلم رحمۃ اللہ علیہ نے اسے نقل نہیں کیا ۔"
Hazrat ( Abdullah ) bin Abbas ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se daryaft kiya gaya : kya Muhammad SAW ne Rab ko dekha hai ? Unhon ne jawaban kaha : ji haan . Aap SAW ne dekha hai ( aur halat yun thi ) goya ke aap ke donon qadam motiyon ke pardo ke neeche sabze par thay . Maine kaha : aye Ibn Abbas ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a ! kya Allah Ta'ala ne ye nahi farmaya : La Tudrikuhul Absaar Wa Huwa Yudrikul Absaar ( Al Anaam : 103 ) '' aankhen ise ihata nahi karti aur sab aankhen is ke ihata mein hain ''. ( Tarjuma Kanzul Iman , Imam Ahmad Raza Rahmatullah Alaih ) aap ne farmaya : teri maa na rahe , aisa nahi hai woh ( Rasul Akram SAW ) to Allah Ta'ala ( hi ) ka noor hain aur is ke noor ka ye aalam hai ke jab apne noor ki tajalli daalta hai to koi cheez is ka idrak nahi kar sakti . ** ye hadees sahih ul isnad hai lekin Imam Bukhari Rahmatullah Alaih aur Imam Muslim Rahmatullah Alaih ne ise naql nahi kiya .
أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو زَكَرِيَّا يَحْيَى بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْعَنْبَرِيُّ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ السَّلَامِ، ثنا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، أَنْبَأَ إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ الْحَكَمِ بْنِ أَبَانَ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا، أَنَّهُ سُئِلَ هَلْ رَأَى مُحَمَّدٌ رَبَّهُ؟ قَالَ: نَعَمْ "" رَأَى كَأَنَّ قَدَمَيْهِ عَلَى خَضِرَةٍ دُونَهُ سِتْرٌ مِنْ لُؤْلُؤٍ فَقُلْتُ: يَا ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ، أَلَيْسَ يَقُولُ اللَّهُ {لَا تُدْرِكُهُ الْأَبْصَارُ وَهُوَ يُدْرِكُ الْأَبْصَارَ} [الأنعام: 103] قَالَ: يَا لَا أُمَّ لَكَ، ذَاكَ نُورُهُ، وَهُوَ نُورُهُ إِذَا تَجَلَّى بِنُورِهِ لَا يُدْرِكُهُ شَيْءٌ «هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحُ الْإِسْنَادِ وَلَمْ يُخْرِجَاهُ» [التعليق - من تلخيص الذهبي] 3234 - بل إبراهيم متروك
