Mustadrak Al Hakim 3233
Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) was asked, "Did Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) see his Lord?" He replied, "Yes, he saw (and the state was such that) as if his two feet were on green grass underneath curtains of pearls." I said, "O Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him)! Didn't Allah Almighty say, 'Vision perceives Him not, but He perceives all vision. (Al-An'am 6:103)' (Translation: Kanz-ul-Iman, Imam Ahmad Raza Khan, may Allah have mercy upon him)" You said, "May your mother be bereaved! It is not like that. He (the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him) is the light of Allah Almighty, and the nature of His light is that when He manifests His light, nothing can comprehend it." ** This hadith is Sahih al-Isnad, but Imam Bukhari (may Allah have mercy upon him) and Imam Muslim (may Allah have mercy upon him) did not narrate it.
" حضرت عبداللہ بن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما سے دریافت کیا گیا : کیا محمد ﷺ نے رب کو دیکھا ہے ؟ انہوں نے جواباً کہا : جی ہاں ۔ آپ ﷺ نے دیکھا ہے ( اور حالت یوں تھی ) گویا کہ آپ کے دونوں قدم موتیوں کے پردوں کے نیچے سبزے پر تھے ۔ میں نے کہا : اے ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما ! کیا اللہ تعالیٰ نے یہ نہیں فرمایا : لَا تُدْرِكُهُ الْأَبْصَارُ وَهُوَ يُدْرِكُ الْأَبْصَارَ ( الانعام : 103 ) ’’ آنکھیں اسے احاطہ نہیں کرتیں اور سب آنکھیں اس کے احاطہ میں ہیں ‘‘ ( ترجمعہ کنزالایمان ، امام احمد رضا رحمۃ اللہ علیہ ) آپ نے فرمایا : تیری ماں نہ رہے ، ایسا نہیں ہے وہ ( رسول اکرم ﷺ ) تو اللہ تعالیٰ ( ہی ) کا نور ہیں اور اس کے نور کا یہ عالم ہے کہ جب اپنے نور کی تجلی ڈالتا ہے تو کوئی چیز اس کا ادراک نہیں کر سکتی ۔ ٭٭ یہ حدیث صحیح الاسناد ہے لیکن امام بخاری رحمۃ اللہ علیہ اور امام مسلم رحمۃ اللہ علیہ نے اسے نقل نہیں کیا ۔"
Hazrat Abdullah bin Abbas ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se daryaft kiya gaya : kia Muhammad ﷺ ne Rabb ko dekha hai ? Unhon ne jawaban kaha : ji han . Aap ﷺ ne dekha hai ( aur halat yun thi ) goya ke aap ke donon qadam motiyon ke pardaon ke neeche sabze par thay . Maine kaha : aye Ibn Abbas ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a ! kia Allah Ta'ala ne ye nahin farmaya : La Tudrikuhul Absar Wahuwa Yadriku Al Absar ( Al Anam : 103 ) ’’ aankhen ise ihata nahin karti aur sab aankhen iske ihata mein hain ‘‘ ( tarjuma Kanzul Iman , Imam Ahmad Raza Rahmatullah Alaih ) Aap ne farmaya : teri maan na rahe , aisa nahin hai woh ( Rasul Akram ﷺ ) to Allah Ta'ala ( hi ) ka noor hain aur iske noor ka ye aalam hai ke jab apne noor ki tajalli daalta hai to koi cheez iska idrak nahin kar sakti . ** ye hadees sahih al isnad hai lekin Imam Bukhari Rahmatullah Alaih aur Imam Muslim Rahmatullah Alaih ne ise naqal nahin kiya .
أَخْبَرَنِي إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْفَضْلِ الشَّعْرَانِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا جَدِّي، ثنا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَوْنٍ، ثنا هُشَيْمٌ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو بِشْرٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، فِي قَوْلِهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ {يَعْلَمُ مُسْتَقَرَّهَا وَمُسْتَوْدَعَهَا} [هود: 6] ، قَالَ: «الْمُسْتَقَرُّ مَا كَانَ فِي الرَّحِمِ، مِمَّا هُوَ حَيٌّ، وَمِمَّا هُوَ قَدْ مَاتَ، وَالْمُسْتَوْدَعُ مَا فِي الصُّلْبِ» هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ عَلَى شَرْطِ الشَّيْخَيْنِ وَلَمْ يُخْرِجَاهُ "" [التعليق - من تلخيص الذهبي] 3233 - على شرط البخاري ومسلم
