Mustadrak Al Hakim 3232
Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) recited this verse: "Those who believe, and mix not their belief with injustice" (Al-An'am 6:82) - (Translation: Kanz-ul-Imaan, Imam Ahmad Raza Khan, may Allah have mercy on him) - and said: "This verse relates to Ibrahim (Abraham, peace be upon him) and his companions. Its ruling is not for this Ummah (Muslim nation)." ** This hadith (narration) is Sahih-ul-Isnad (authentic in its chain of narrators), however, Imam Bukhari (may Allah have mercy on him) and Imam Muslim (may Allah have mercy on him) have not narrated it. Nevertheless, Imam Bukhari (may Allah have mercy on him) and Imam Muslim (may Allah have mercy on him) have narrated from Imsha, then Ibrahim, then Alqamah, then Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Sahaba (companions of the Prophet, may Allah be pleased with them all) asked: "O Messenger of Allah! Which one of us has not done injustice to himself?" This complete hadith has been narrated, and the aforementioned interpretation is not present in it.
" حضرت علی رضی اللہ عنہ نے یہ آیت : اَلَّذِیْنَ ٰامَنُوْا وَ لَمْ یَلْبِسُوْآ اِیْمَانَھُمْ بِظُلْمٍ ( الانعام : 82 ) ’’ وہ جو ایمان لائے اور اپنے ایمان میں کسی ناحق کی آمیزش نہ کی ‘‘۔ ( ترجمہ کنزالایمان ، امام احمد رضا رحمۃ اللہ علیہ ) پڑھی اور فرمایا : یہ آیت حضرت ابراہیم علیہ السلام اور ان کے اصحاب سے متعلق ہے ۔ اس کا حکم اس امت کے لیے نہیں ہے ۔ ٭٭ یہ حدیث صحیح الاسناد ہے لیکن امام بخاری رحمۃ اللہ علیہ اور امام مسلم رحمۃ اللہ علیہ نے اسے نقل نہیں کیا ۔ تاہم امام بخاری رحمۃ اللہ علیہ اور امام مسلم رحمۃ اللہ علیہ نے اعمش پھر ابراہیم پھر حضرت علقمہ پھر حضرت عبداللہ رضی اللہ عنہ کے حوالے سے یہ حدیث نقل کی ہے کہ صحابہ کرام رضی اللہ عنہم نے عرض کی : یا رسول اللہ ﷺ ! ہم میں سے کون ہے جس نے اپنے اوپر ظلم نہ کیا ہو ؟ یہ پوری حدیث نقل کی ہے اور اس میں مذکورہ تاویل بھی موجود نہیں ہے ۔"
Hazrat Ali razi Allah anhu ne ye aayat: Al lazeena aamanoo wa lam yalbistoo eemanahum bizulmin (al ana'am: 82) ''woh jo emaan laaye aur apne emaan mein kisi na haq ki aamezish na ki''. (tarjuma kanz ul emaan, Imam Ahmad Raza rehmatullah alaih) parhaee aur farmaya: Ye aayat Hazrat Ibrahim alaihissalam aur un ke as'haab se mutalliq hai. Is ka hukm is ummat ke liye nahin hai. ** Ye hadees sahih ul asnad hai lekin Imam Bukhari rehmatullah alaih aur Imam Muslim rehmatullah alaih ne ise naqal nahin kiya. Taham Imam Bukhari rehmatullah alaih aur Imam Muslim rehmatullah alaih ne Aamesh phir Ibrahim phir Hazrat Alqama phir Hazrat Abdullah razi Allah anhu ke hawale se ye hadees naqal ki hai ke Sahaba karam razi Allah anhum ne arz ki: Ya Rasulullah SAW! hum mein se kaun hai jis ne apne upar zulm na kiya ho? Ye poori hadees naqal ki hai aur is mein mazkora taweel bhi mojood nahin hai.
أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ الشَّافِعِيُّ، ثنا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ، ثنا أَبُو حُذَيْفَةَ، ثنا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ زِيَادِ بْنِ عِلَاقَةَ، عَنْ زِيَادِ بْنِ حَرْمَلَةَ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ عَلِيَّ بْنَ أَبِي طَالِبٍ، يَقْرَأُ هَذِهِ الْآيَةَ {الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَلَمْ يَلْبِسُوا إِيمَانَهُمْ بِظُلْمٍ} [الأنعام: 82] قَالَ: «هَذِهِ فِي إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَأَصْحَابِهِ لَيْسَتْ فِي هَذِهِ الْأُمَّةِ» هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحُ الْإِسْنَادِ وَلَمْ يُخْرِجَاهُ "" إِنَّمَا اتَّفَقَا عَلَى حَدِيثِ الْأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ أَنَّهُمْ قَالُوا: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، وَأَيُّنَا لَمْ يَظْلِمْ نَفْسَهُ؟ الْحَدِيثُ بِطُولِهِ بِغَيْرِ هَذَا التَّأْوِيلِ "" [التعليق - من تلخيص الذهبي] 3232 - سكت عنه الذهبي في التلخيص
