Mustadrak Al Hakim 3382
`Abd al-Rahman ibn Yazid (may Allah be pleased with him) reported: `Abdullah (ibn Mas`ud) used to pray Maghrib while the sun was still visible. One day, we were watching him do this, and he asked, "What are you looking at?" We replied, "The sun." `Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) said, "By Him besides Whom there is no God, this is the time of this prayer," and he recited the verse: "Establish prayer at the decline of the sun [from its meridian] until the darkness of the night…" (Al-Isra 17:78). So, "the decline of the sun" is this time. ** This hadith is sahih (authentic) according to the criteria of Imam al-Bukhari and Imam Muslim, but the two Shaykhs (al-Bukhari and Muslim) did not narrate it with these words. **
" عبدالرحمن بن یزید رضی اللہ عنہ بیان کرتے ہیں : حضرت عبداللہ مغرب کی نماز پڑھ رہے ہوتے اور ہم دیکھتے کہ ابھی سورج موجود ہوتا تھا ۔ ایک دن ہم لوگ یہی دیکھ رہے تھے تو انہوں نے پوچھا : تم لوگ کیا دیکھ رہے ہو ؟ انہوں نے کہا : سورج کی طرف دیکھ رہے ہیں ۔ حضرت عبداللہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے فرمایا : اس ذات کی قسم جس کے سوا کوئی معبود نہیں ہے یہ اسی نماز کا وقت ہے پھر انہوں نے یہ آیت پڑھی : اَقِمِ الصَّلٰوۃَ لِدُلُوْکِ الشَّمْسِ اِلٰی غَسَقِ الَّیْلِ ( الاسراء : 78 ) ’’ نماز قائم رکھو سورج ڈھلنے سے رات کی اندھیری تک ‘‘۔ ( ترجمہ کنزالایمان ، امام احمد رضا رحمۃ اللہ علیہ ) پس ’’ دلوک الشمس ‘‘ یہی وقت ہے ۔ ٭٭ یہ حدیث امام بخاری رحمۃ اللہ علیہ اور امام مسلم رحمۃ اللہ علیہ کے معیار کے مطابق صحیح ہے لیکن شیخین رحمۃ اللہ علیہما نے اسے ان الفاظ کے ہمراہ نقل نہیں کیا ۔"
Abdulrehman bin Yazid razi Allah anhu bayan karte hain : Hazrat Abdullah maghrib ki namaz parh rahe hote aur hum dekhte ke abhi suraj maujood hota tha . Ek din hum log yahi dekh rahe the to unhon ne poochha : Tum log kya dekh rahe ho ? Unhon ne kaha : Suraj ki taraf dekh rahe hain . Hazrat Abdullah razi Allah anhu ne farmaya : Iss zaat ki qasam jis ke siwa koi mabood nahi hai yah isi namaz ka waqt hai phir unhon ne yah ayat parhi : Aqimis salata liduloki shams ila ghasaqil layl ( al isra : 78 ) ’’ Namaz qaim rakho suraj dhalne se raat ki andheri tak ‘‘. ( Tarjuma kanz ul iman , Imam Ahmad Raza rehmatullah alaih ) Pas ’’ duloki shams ‘‘ yahi waqt hai . ** Yah hadees Imam Bukhari rehmatullah alaih aur Imam Muslim rehmatullah alaih ke miyaar ke mutabiq sahih hai lekin Shekhan rehmatullah alaihima ne ise in alfaz ke hamrah naqal nahi kya .
وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو زَكَرِيَّا الْعَنْبَرِيُّ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ السَّلَامِ، ثنا إِسْحَاقُ، أَنْبَأَ جَرِيرٌ، عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، وَعُمَارَةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ، قَالَ: كَانَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، يُصَلِّي الْمَغْرِبَ وَنَحْنُ نَرَى أَنَّ الشَّمْسَ طَالِعَةٌ قَالَ: فَنَظَرْنَا يَوْمًا إِلَى ذَلِكَ فَقَالَ: «مَا تَنْظُرُونَ؟» قَالُوا: إِلَى الشَّمْسِ. قَالَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ: «هَذَا وَالَّذِي لَا إِلَهَ غَيْرُهُ مِيقَاتُ هَذِهِ الصَّلَاةِ» ، ثُمَّ قَالَ: "" {أَقِمُ الصَّلَاةِ لِدُلُوكِ الشَّمْسِ إِلَى غَسَقِ اللَّيْلِ} [الإسراء: 78] ، فَهَذَا دُلُوكُ الشَّمْسِ «هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ عَلَى شَرْطِ الشَّيْخَيْنِ وَلَمْ يُخْرِجَاهُ، بِهَذِهِ السِّيَاقَةِ» [التعليق - من تلخيص الذهبي] 3382 - على شرط البخاري ومسلم
