Mustadrak Al Hakim 3454
Ali ibn Abi Talib (may Allah be pleased with him) said regarding this verse: "These are two adversaries who dispute concerning their Lord" (Al-Hajj: 19), [Translator: Kanz-ul-Imaan, Imam Ahmad Raza Khan (may Allah have mercy on him)], "This verse was revealed about us and Utbah, Shaybah and Walid, who fought us on the day of the Battle of Badr." ** This narration, attributed to Ali (may Allah be pleased with him), is authentic (sahih al-isnad) as Imam Bukhari (may Allah have mercy on him) and Imam Muslim (may Allah have mercy on him) have narrated it on the authority of Thawri (may Allah have mercy on him). (The complete hadith is mentioned below).
" حضرت علی ابن ابی طالب رضی اللہ عنہ اس آیت : ہٰذاٰنِ خَصْمٰانِ اخْتَصَمُوْا فِیْ رَبِّھِمْ ( الحج : 19 ) ’’ یہ دو فریق ہیں کہ اپنے رب میں جھگڑے ‘‘۔ ( ترجمہ کنزالایمان ، امام احمد رضا رحمۃ اللہ علیہ ) کے متعلق فرماتے ہیں : یہ آیت ہمارے اور عتبہ ، شیبہ اور ولید کے بارے میں نازل ہوئی جو جنگ بدر کے دن ہم سے لڑے تھے ۔ ٭٭ حضرت علی رضی اللہ عنہ کے حوالے سے یہ حدیث صحیح الاسناد ہے جبکہ امام بخاری رحمۃ اللہ علیہ اور امام مسلم رحمۃ اللہ علیہ نے ثوری رحمۃ اللہ علیہ کے حوالے سے یہ حدیث نقل کی ہے ۔ ( وہ حدیث درج ذیل ہے ) ۔"
Hazrat Ali ibne Abi Talib Radi Allaho Anho is aayat: hazaani khusmaani ikhtasamu fee Rabbihim (Al Hajj: 19) ''ye do fareeq hain ke apne Rabb mein jhagre'' (Tarjuma Kanzul Imaan, Imam Ahmad Raza Rehmatullah Alaih) ke mutalliq farmate hain: ye aayat hamare aur Utbah, Shaibah aur Waleed ke bare mein nazil hui jo jang Badr ke din hum se lare the. ** Hazrat Ali Radi Allaho Anho ke hawale se ye hadees Sahih al-Asnad hai jabke Imam Bukhari Rehmatullah Alaih aur Imam Muslim Rehmatullah Alaih ne Sauri Rehmatullah Alaih ke hawale se ye hadees naqal ki hai. (wo hadees darj zel hai).
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْحَافِظُ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ شُعَيْبٍ الْفَقِيهُ بِمِصْرَ، ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى الْأُمَوِيُّ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي، حَدَّثَنِي سُفْيَانُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الثَّوْرِيُّ، عَنْ أَبِي هَاشِمٍ الْوَاسِطِيُّ، أَظُنُّهُ عَنْ أَبِي مِجْلَزٍ، عَنْ قَيْسِ بْنِ عَبَّادٍ، عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ: {هَذَانِ خَصْمَانِ اخْتَصَمُوا فِي رَبِّهِمْ} [الحج: 19] قَالَ: «نَزَلَتْ فِينَا وَفِي الَّذِينَ بَارَزُوا يَوْمَ بَدْرٍ عُتْبَةَ وَشَيْبَةَ وَالْوَلِيدِ» هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحُ الْإِسْنَادِ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، وَقَدِ اتَّفَقَ الشَّيْخَانِ عَلَى إِخْرَاجِهِ مِنْ حَدِيثِ الثَّوْرِيِّ "
