Mustadrak Al Hakim 4593

Abdullah bin Masud (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "The millstone of Islam will continue to grind for 35 or 36 years (meaning this religion will remain established and permanent). Then if these people are destroyed, their gathering will be like that of the destroyed ones. And if their religion remains, it will remain for seventy years (or even more)." Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "O Messenger of Allah! Has this matter come to pass or is it yet to come to pass?" He (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "It is yet to come to pass." ** This Hadith is Sahih (authentic) in its chain of narration, but Shaykh al-Bukhari and Shaykh Muslim (may Allah have mercy on them both) did not narrate it.

" حضرت عبداللہ بن مسعود رضی اللہ عنہ فرماتے ہیں : رسول اللہ ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا : اسلام کی چکی 35 یا 36 سال تک گھومے گی ( یعنی یہ دین قائم و دائم رہے گا ) پھر اگر یہ لوگ ہلاک ہو گئے تو ان کا حشر ہلاک شدگان والا ہو گا اور اگر ان کا دین باقی رہا تو ستر سال ( بلکہ اس کے بعد بھی ) رہے گا ۔ حضرت عمر رضی اللہ عنہ نے کہا : یا رسول اللہ ﷺ ! یہ واقعہ ابھی رونما ہونا ہے یا گزر چکا ہے ؟ آپ ﷺ نے فرمایا : ابھی رونما ہونا ہے ۔ ٭٭ یہ حدیث صحیح الاسناد ہے لیکن شیخین رحمۃ اللہ علیہما نے اس کو نقل نہیں کیا ۔"

Hazrat Abdullah bin Masood Raziallahu Anhu farmate hain : Rasool Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya : Islam ki chakki 35 ya 36 saal tak ghoomegi ( yani ye deen qa'im o da'im rahega ) phir agar ye log halak ho gaye to inka hashr halak shuda gaan wala hoga aur agar inka deen baqi raha to satar saal ( balke iske baad bhi ) rahega. Hazrat Umar Raziallahu Anhu ne kaha : Ya Rasool Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ! ye waqea abhi ronuma hona hai ya guzar chuka hai? Aap (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya : Abhi ronuma hona hai. ** ye hadees sahih al-isnaad hai lekin Sheikhain Rahmatullahi Alaihima ne isko naqal nahin kiya.

حَدَّثَنَاهُ أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثنا السَّرِيُّ بْنُ يَحْيَى التَّمِيمِيُّ، ثنا قَبِيصَةُ بْنُ عُقْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ، عَنْ رِبْعِيِّ بْنِ حِرَاشٍ، عَنِ الْبَرَاءِ بْنِ نَاجِيَةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «تَدُورُ رَحَى الْإِسْلَامِ عَلَى خَمْسٍ وَثَلَاثِينَ، أَوْ سِتٍّ وَثَلَاثِينَ، فَإِنْ يَهْلِكُوا فَسَبِيلُ مَنْ هَلَكَ، وَإِنْ بَقِيَ لَهُمْ دِينُهُمْ فَسَبْعِينَ عَامًا» ، قَالَ عُمَرُ: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، بِمَا بَقِيَ أَوْ بِمَا مَضَى؟ قَالَ: «بِمَا بَقِيَ» هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحُ الْإِسْنَادِ، وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ "
