Mustadrak Al Hakim 4680
Jarir bin Abdullah Al-Bajali, may Allah be pleased with him, narrates, "When Ali, may Allah be pleased with him, went towards Siffin, I did not like this battle. I came to Madinah and presented myself before Ummul Momineen Maimoona bint Harith, may Allah be pleased with her. She asked me, 'From amongst which people are you?' I said, 'From the people of Kufa.' She further asked, 'To which tribe do you belong?' I said, 'From Banu Aamir.' She welcomed me and asked the reason for my arrival. I said, ' Ali, may Allah be pleased with him, has gone towards Siffin while I do not consider this battle to be good, that is why I have come here.' She asked, 'Did you pledge allegiance to him?' I said, 'Yes.' She said, 'You go back and join his army. By Allah, neither is he misguided nor can anyone who stays with him be misguided.'" **This Hadith is Sahih (authentic) according to the criteria of Imam Bukhari and Imam Muslim, may Allah have mercy on them, but they did not narrate it.**
" حضرت جری بن کلیب عامری رضی اللہ عنہ فرماتے ہیں : جب حضرت علی رضی اللہ عنہ صفین کی جانب روانہ ہوئے ، مجھے یہ لڑائی پسند نہ تھی ، میں مدینۃ المنورہ میں آ گیا اور ام المومنین حضرت میمونہ بنت حارث رضی اللہ عنہا کی خدمت میں حاضر ہوا ، انہوں نے مجھ سے پوچھا کہ تم کن لوگوں میں سے ہو ؟ میں نے کہا : کوفہ والوں میں سے ۔ آپ نے مزید پوچھا : ان میں کس قبیلے سے تعلق ہے ؟ میں نے کہا : بنی عامر سے ۔ انہوں نے مجھے خوش آمدید کہہ کر مقصد آمد دریافت کیا ۔ میں نے کہا : حضرت علی رضی اللہ عنہ صفین کی جانب روانہ ہوئے ہیں جبکہ مجھے یہ لڑائی اچھی نہیں لگ رہی ، اس لئے میں یہاں چلا آیا ، انہوں نے پوچھا : کیا تم ان کی بیعت کی تھی ؟ میں نے کہا : جی ہاں ۔ انہوں نے فرمایا : تم لوٹ جاؤ اور ان کے لشکر میں شریک ہو جاؤ ۔ خدا کی قسم وہ نہ خود گمراہ ہے اور نہ ان کے ساتھ رہنے والا گمراہ ہو سکتا ہے ۔ ٭٭ یہ حدیث امام بخاری رحمۃ اللہ علیہ اور امام مسلم رحمۃ اللہ علیہ کے معیار کے مطابق صحیح ہے لیکن انہوں نے اس کو نقل نہیں کیا ۔"
Hazrat Jarir bin Qalib Aamri (رضي الله تعالى عنه) farmate hain : Jab Hazrat Ali (رضي الله تعالى عنه) Safeen ki janib rawana hue, mujhe ye larai pasand na thi, main Madinatul Munawwara mein aa gaya aur Ummul Momineen Hazrat Maimoona bint Haris ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ا) ki khidmat mein hazir hua, unhon ne mujh se pucha ke tum kin logon mein se ho? Maine kaha : Kufa walon mein se. Aap ne mazeed pucha : In mein kis qabile se talluq hai? Maine kaha : Bani Aamir se. Unhon ne mujhe khush aamadeed kah kar maqsad aamad daryaft kiya. Maine kaha : Hazrat Ali (رضي الله تعالى عنه) Safeen ki janib rawana hue hain jabke mujhe ye larai achi nahin lag rahi, is liye mein yahan chala aaya, unhon ne pucha : Kya tum un ki bai't ki thi? Maine kaha : Ji haan. Unhon ne farmaya : Tum laut jao aur un ke lashkar mein shareek ho jao. Khuda ki qasam wo na khud gumrah hai aur na un ke sath rahne wala gumrah ho sakta hai. ** Ye hadees Imam Bukhari Rahmatullah Alaih aur Imam Muslim Rahmatullah Alaih ke miyaar ke mutabiq sahih hai lekin unhon ne is ko naqal nahin kiya.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ، أَنْبَأَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عِيسَى بْنِ السَّكَنِ، ثنا الْحَارِثُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، ثنا إِسْرَائِيلُ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ جُرِيِّ بْنِ كُلَيْبٍ الْعَامِرِيِّ قَالَ: لَمَّا سَارَ عَلِيٌّ إِلَى صِفِّينَ كَرِهْتُ الْقِتَالَ، فَأَتَيْتُ الْمَدِينَةَ، فَدَخَلْتُ عَلَى مَيْمُونَةَ بِنْتِ الْحَارِثِ فَقَالَتْ: «مِمَّنْ أَنْتَ؟» قُلْتُ: مِنْ أَهْلِ الْكُوفَةِ، قَالَتْ: «مِنْ أَيِّهُمْ؟» قُلْتُ: مِنْ بَنِي عَامِرٍ، قَالَتْ: «رُحْبًا عَلَى رُحْبٍ، وَقُرْبًا عَلَى قُرْبٍ، تَجِيءُ مَا جَاءَ بِكَ؟» قَالَ: قُلْتُ: سَارَ عَلِيٌّ إِلَى صِفِّينَ وَكَرِهْتُ الْقِتَالَ، فَجِئْنَا إِلَى هَا هُنَا، قَالَتْ: «أَكُنْتَ بَايَعْتَهُ؟» قَالَ: قُلْتُ: نَعَمْ، قَالَتْ: «فَارْجِعْ إِلَيْهِ، فَكُنْ مَعَهُ، فَوَاللَّهِ مَا ضَلَّ، وَلَا ضَلَّ بِهِ» هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ عَلَى شَرْطِ الشَّيْخَيْنِ، وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ "" [التعليق - من تلخيص الذهبي] 4680 - على شرط البخاري ومسلم
