"Muhammad bin Fazil has also narrated this Hadith with his chain of narration. ** Imam Hakim says: I have narrated the Hadith narrated by Abu Dawud before this, whose chain of narration is as follows: On the authority of Shu'ba, on the authority of Salamah bin Kuhail, on the authority of Muhammad bin Abdur Rahman bin Yazid, on the authority of his father, on the authority of Ash'ath This shows that he is from among the men of Abu Dawud, then I found the following Hadith narrated by Amr bin Marzuq from Shu'ba."
" محمد بن فضیل نے اپنی سند کے ہمراہ بھی اس حدیث کو نقل کیا ہے ۔ ٭٭ امام حاکم کہتے ہیں : میں نے اس سے پہلے ابوداؤد کی مروی حدیث نقل کی ہے جس کی سند یوں ہے ۔ عَنْ شُعْبَةَ، عَنْ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ كُهَيْلٍ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنِ الْأَشْتَرِ اس سے پتا چلتا ہے کہ وہ ابوداؤد کے افراد میں سے ہے ، پھر مجھے عمرو بن مرزوق کی شعبہ سے روایت کردہ درج ذیل حدیث مل گئی ۔"
Muhammad bin Fazil ne apni sanad ke hamrah bhi is hadees ko naqal kiya hai. ** Imam Hakam kahte hain : main ne is se pehle Abudaud ki marvi hadees naqal ki hai jis ki sanad yun hai . An Shaubah, an Salamah bin Kuhail, an Muhammad bin Abdur Rahman bin Yazid, an abih, anil Ashtar Is se pata chalta hai ki woh Abudaud ke afrad mein se hai , phir mujhe Amr bin Marzooq ki Shaubah se riwayat kardah darj zail hadees mil gayi .
فَأَخْبَرَنَاهُ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُؤَمَّلِ بْنِ الْحَسَنِ، ثَنَا الْفَضْلُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الشَّعْرَانِيُّ، ثَنَا نُعَيْمُ بْنُ حَمَّادٍ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ فُضَيْلٍ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ شَدَّادٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ، عَنِ الْأَشْتَرِ، عَنْ خَالِدِ بْنِ الْوَلِيدِ، قَالَ: بَعَثَنِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي غَزَاةٍ فَأَصَبْنَاهُمْ، فَقَالَ عَمَّارُ بْنُ يَاسِرٍ: إِنَّهُمْ قَدِ احْتَجَبُوا مِنَّا بِالتَّوْحِيدِ فَلَمْ أَلْتَفِتْ إِلَى قَوْلِهِ، وَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ بِنَحْوِهِ قَالَ الْحَاكِمُ: «قَدْ قَدَّمْتُ حَدِيثَ أَبِي دَاوُدَ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ، عَنْ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ كُهَيْلٍ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنِ الْأَشْتَرِ أَنَّهُ مِنْ أَفْرَادِ أَبِي دَاوُدَ فَوَجَدَهُ مِنْ حَدِيثِ عَمْرِو بْنِ مَرْزُوقٍ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ» [التعليق - من تلخيص الذهبي] 5670 - صحيح
