Mustadrak Al Hakim 6563
Sa'sa'a bin Najiyah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: I went to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and submitted: "O Messenger of Allah, sometimes some of my food is left over, so I keep it for wayfarers and travelers." The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Your mother, your father, your sister, your brother are more deserving of it, then your closest relatives are more deserving of it."
حضرت صعصعہ بن ناجیہ رضی اللہ عنہ فرماتے ہیں : میں رسول اللہ ﷺ کی بارگاہ میں حاضر ہوا اور عرض کی : یا رسول اللہ ﷺ کبھی کبھار میرا کچھ کھانا بچ جاتا ہے ، میں وہ راہ گیروں اور مسافروں کے لئے رکھ لیتا ہوں ، رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا : تیری ماں ، تیرا باپ ، تیری بہن ، تیرا بھائی اس کے مستحق ہیں اس کے بعد سب سے قریبی رشتہ دار اس کے مستحق ہیں ۔
Hazrat Sasaa bin Najeha RA farmate hain : mein Rasool Allah SAW ki bargah mein hazir hua aur arz ki : Ya Rasool Allah SAW kabhi kabhar mera kuch khana bach jata hai mein woh rah geeron aur musafiron ke liye rakh leta hoon Rasool Allah SAW ne farmaya : teri maan tera baap teri bahen tera bhai iske mustahiq hain iske baad sabse qareebi rishtedaar iske mustahiq hain
حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ حَمْشَاذٍ الْعَدْلُ، ثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الْقَاضِي، ثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ مَرْزُوقٍ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ حَرْبٍ اللَّيْثِيُّ، حَدَّثَنِي إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ أَسْعَدَ، حَدَّثَنِي عِقَالُ بْنُ شَبَّةَ بْنِ عِقَالِ بْنِ صَعْصَعَةَ بْنِ نَاجِيَةَ الْمُجَاشِعِيِّ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي، عَنْ جَدِّي، عَنْ أَبِيهِ صَعْصَعَةَ بْنِ نَاجِيَةَ، قَالَ: دَخَلْتُ عَلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقُلْتُ: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ رُبَّمَا فَضَلَتْ لِي الْفَضْلَةُ خَبَّأْتُهَا لِلنَّائِيَةِ، وَابْنِ السَّبِيلِ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «أُمَّكَ وَأَبَاكَ، أُخْتَكَ وَأَخَاكَ، أَدْنَاكَ أَدْنَاكَ»
