Mustadrak Al Hakim 7299
Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "By Allah, he is not a believer, by Allah, he is not a believer, by Allah, he is not a believer." The Companions (may Allah be pleased with them) asked, "O Messenger of Allah, who?" He (peace and blessings be upon him) replied: "The one from whose evil his neighbor is not safe." The Companions asked, "O Messenger of Allah, what is meant by 'evil'?" He said: "His mischief." ** This hadith is authentic according to the criteria of Imam Bukhari (may Allah have mercy on him) and Imam Muslim (may Allah have mercy on him) but they did not narrate it with this chain of narration.
" حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا : اللہ کی قسم ! وہ مومن نہیں ہے ، اللہ کی قسم وہ مومن نہیں ہے ، اللہ کی قسم وہ مومن نہیں ہے ۔ صحابہ کرام رضی اللہ عنہم نے پوچھا : یا رسول اللہ ﷺ کون ؟ آپ ﷺ نے فرمایا : ایسا شخص جس کے بوائق سے اس کے پڑوسی پریشان ہوں ۔ صحابہ کرام نے پوچھا : یا رسول اللہ ﷺ بوائق کا کیا مطلب ؟ فرمایا : شرارتیں ۔ ٭٭ یہ حدیث امام بخاری رحمۃ اللہ علیہ اور امام مسلم رحمۃ اللہ علیہ کے معیار کے مطابق صحیح ہے لیکن انہوں نے اس کو اس اسناد کے ہمراہ نقل نہیں کیا ۔"
Hazrat Abu Huraira (رضي الله تعالى عنه) farmate hain ki Rasul Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya: Allah ki qasam! Woh momin nahi hai, Allah ki qasam woh momin nahi hai, Allah ki qasam woh momin nahi hai. Sahaba karam (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ne pucha: Ya Rasul Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) kaun? Aap (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: Aisa shakhs jis ke boyaq se uske parrosi pareshan hon. Sahaba karam ne pucha: Ya Rasul Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) boyaq ka kya matlab? Farmaya: Sharaaratein. ** Yeh hadees Imam Bukhari Rahmatullah Alaih aur Imam Muslim Rahmatullah Alaih ke miyaar ke mutabiq sahih hai lekin unhon ne isko is asnad ke hamrah naqal nahi kiya.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثَنَا بَحْرُ بْنُ نَصْرِ بْنِ سَابِقٍ الْخَوْلَانِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ وَهْبٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي ابْنُ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدٍ الْمَقْبُرِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «وَاللَّهِ لَا يُؤْمِنُ وَاللَّهِ لَا يُؤْمِنُ وَاللَّهِ لَا يُؤْمِنُ» قَالُوا: وَمَا ذَاكَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ؟ قَالَ: «جَارٌ لَا يَأْمَنُ جَارُهُ بَوَائِقَهُ» قَالُوا: فَمَا بَوَائِقُهُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ؟ قَالَ: «شَرُّهُ» هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ عَلَى شَرْطِ الشَّيْخَيْنِ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ بِهَذِهِ السِّيَاقَةِ "" [التعليق - من تلخيص الذهبي] 7299 - على شرط البخاري ومسلم
