Mustadrak Al Hakim 7786
Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) passed by some people who were holding their swords without their scabbards. The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "May Allah curse the one who does this. Did I not forbid you from this, that when a person unsheathes his sword and is looking at it, and he wants to give his sword to his brother, he should cover it and then hand it over?" ** This hadith is sahih (authentic) in its chain of narration, but Imam Bukhari (may Allah have mercy on him) and Imam Muslim (may Allah have mercy on him) did not narrate it.
" حضرت ابوبکرہ رضی اللہ عنہ فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ کچھ لوگوں کے پاس سے گزرے انہوں نے بغیر نیام کے تلواریں پکڑی ہوئی تھیں ، رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا : اللہ تعالیٰ نے لعنت کی ہے اس شخص پر جو ایسا کرے ، کیا میں نے تمہیں اس سے منع نہیں کیا تھا ، کہ جب کوئی شخص تلوار ننگی کر کے اس کو دیکھ رہا ہو ، اور وہ اپنی تلوار اپنے بھائی کو دینا چاہے تو اس کو چاہیے کہ اس کو ڈھانپ کر اس کو تھمائے ۔ ٭٭ یہ حدیث صحیح الاسناد ہے لیکن امام بخاری رحمۃ اللہ علیہ اور امام مسلم رحمۃ اللہ علیہ نے اس کو نقل نہیں کیا ۔"
Hazrat Abu Hurairah (رضي الله تعالى عنه) farmate hain ke Rasul Allah SAW kuch logon ke pass se guzre unhon ne bina niyam ke talwaren pakri hui thin, Rasul Allah SAW ne farmaya: Allah Ta'ala ne la'nat ki hai us shakhs par jo aisa kare, kya main ne tumhen is se mana nahin kiya tha, ke jab koi shakhs talwar nangi kar ke us ko dekh raha ho, aur wo apni talwar apne bhai ko dena chahe to us ko chahie ke us ko dhanp kar us ko thamaye. ** Yeh hadees sahih al-isnad hai lekin Imam Bukhari Rahmatullah Alaih aur Imam Muslim Rahmatullah Alaih ne is ko naqal nahin kiya.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثَنَا الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، ثَنَا الْخَصِيبُ بْنُ نَاصِحٍ، ثَنَا الْمُبَارَكُ بْنُ فَضَالَةَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرَةَ، رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ: مَرَّ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَلَى قَوْمٍ يَتَعَاطَوْنَ سَيْفًا مَسْلُولًا، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «لَعَنَ اللَّهُ مَنْ فَعَلَ هَذَا أَوَلَيْسَ قَدْ نَهَيْتُ عَنْ هَذَا إِذَا سَلَّ أَحَدُكُمْ سَيْفًا يَنْظُرُ إِلَيْهِ فَأَرَادَ أَنْ يُنَازِلَهُ أَخَاهُ فَلْيُغْمِدْهُ ثُمَّ يُنَاوِلْهُ إِيَّاهُ» هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحُ الْإِسْنَادِ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ "" [التعليق - من تلخيص الذهبي] 7786 - صحيح
