Mustadrak Al Hakim 7817
Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever takes a conditional oath, it is as if he has taken an oath. If he says, 'If I do such and such, then I am a Jew,' then he has become a Jew. And if he says, 'If I do such and such, then I am a Christian,' then he has become a Christian. And if he says, 'If I do such and such, then I am free from Islam,' then he has indeed become disinterested in Islam. And whoever makes a claim like those of the pre-Islamic period, then he is fuel for Hellfire." The Companions (may Allah be pleased with them) asked: "O Messenger of Allah, even if he fasts and prays?" The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) replied: "Even if he fasts and prays." ** This hadith is sahih (authentic) but Imam Bukhari (may Allah have mercy on him) and Imam Muslim (may Allah have mercy on him) did not narrate it.
" حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا : جس نے کوئی مشروط قسم کھائی ، وہ اسی طرح ہے جیسے اس نے قسم کھائی ، اگر اس نے کہا : میں یہودی ہوں ، تو وہ یہودی ہی ہو گیا ۔ اور اگر اس نے کہا کہ میں نصرانی ہوں تو وہ نصرانی ہی ہو گیا ، اور اگر اس نے کہا کہ میں اسلام سے بری ہوں تو وہ واقعی اسلام سے لاتعلق ہو گیا ، اور جس نے زمانہ جاہلیت کی طرح کوئی دعویٰ کیا تو وہ جہنم کا ایندھن ہے ۔ صحابہ کرام رضی اللہ عنہم نے عرض کی : یا رسول اللہ ﷺ اگرچہ وہ روزہ رکھتا ہو اور نمازیں پڑھتا ہو ؟ حضور ﷺ نے فرمایا : اگرچہ وہ روزہ رکھتا ہو اور نمازیں پڑھتا ہو ۔ ٭٭ یہ حدیث صحیح الاسناد ہے لیکن امام بخاری رحمۃ اللہ علیہ اور امام مسلم رحمۃ اللہ علیہ نے اس کو نقل نہیں کیا ۔"
Hazrat Abu Hurairah (رضي الله تعالى عنه) farmate hain ki Rasul Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya: Jis ne koi mashroot qasam khai, wo isi tarah hai jaise us ne qasam khai, agar us ne kaha: Main Yahodi hun, to wo Yahodi hi ho gaya. Aur agar us ne kaha ki main Nasrani hun to wo Nasrani hi ho gaya, aur agar us ne kaha ki main Islam se bari hun to wo waqai Islam se lata'aluq ho gaya, aur jis ne zamanah jahiliyat ki tarah koi daawa kiya to wo jahannam ka indhan hai. Sahaba kiram (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ne arz ki: Ya Rasul Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) agarche wo roza rakhta ho aur namazen parhta ho? Huzoor (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: Agarche wo roza rakhta ho aur namazen parhta ho. ** Yeh hadees sahih al-isnad hai lekin Imam Bukhari Rahmatullahi Alaih aur Imam Muslim Rahmatullahi Alaih ne is ko naqal nahin kiya.
حَدَّثَنِي عَلِيُّ بْنُ حَمْشَاذَ الْعَدْلُ، ثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الْقَاضِي، ثَنَا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، ثَنَا عُبَيْسُ بْنُ مَيْمُونٍ، ثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «مَنْ حَلَفَ عَلَى يَمِينٍ فَهُوَ كَمَا حَلَفَ إِنْ قَالَ هُوَ يَهُودِيٌّ فَهُوَ يَهُودِيٌّ، وَإِنْ قَالَ هُوَ نَصْرَانِيٌّ فَهُوَ نَصْرَانِيٌّ، وَإِنْ قَالَ هُوَ بَرِيءٌ مِنَ الْإِسْلَامِ فَهُوَ بَرِيءٌ مِنَ الْإِسْلَامِ، وَمَنِ ادَّعَى دَعْوَى الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ فَإِنَّهُ مِنْ جُثَا جَهَنَّمَ» قَالُوا: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، وَإِنْ صَامَ وَصَلَّى؟ قَالَ: «وَإِنْ صَامَ وَصَلَّى» هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحُ الْإِسْنَادِ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ "" [التعليق - من تلخيص الذهبي] 7817 - الخبر منكر
