Mustadrak Al Hakim 8060
Mughira narrates: Once, in the presence of Saad bin Ubadah (may Allah be pleased with him), a man was mentioned who had married his father's wife. Upon this, Saad said, "If I were to find him, I would kill him with my sword." Mughira says, "I mentioned this to Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). He said, 'I have more sense of honor than Saad, and Allah has more sense of honor than me. And there is nothing more beloved to Allah than seeking His pardon. And it was for this (seeking pardon) that Allah sent the Messengers. And there is nothing more beloved to Allah than His praise, and for this reason, Allah has promised Paradise.'" **This hadith has a sound chain of narration, but Imam Bukhari and Imam Muslim have not narrated it. Abu Awana has mentioned the name of Mughira bin Shuba's freed slave in its chain of narration.**
" حضرت مغیرہ فرماتے ہیں : حضرت سعد بن عبادہ رضی اللہ عنہ کے ہاں ایک ایسے آدمی کا ذکر ہوا جس نے اپنے باپ کی بیوی سے نکاح کیا تھا ، آپ نے فرمایا : اگر میں اس کو پاؤں تو تلوار کے ساتھ اس کو قتل کر دوں ، حضرت مغیرہ کہتے ہیں : میں نے یہ بات نبی اکرم ﷺ کی خدمت میں عرض کی : حضور ﷺ نے فرمایا : میں سعد سے زیادہ غیرت والا ہوں ، اور اللہ تعالیٰ مجھ سے بھی زیادہ غیرت والا ہے ، اور اللہ تعالیٰ کی بارگاہ میں معذرت سے زیادہ پسندیدہ کوئی چیز نہیں ہے اور اللہ تعالیٰ نے اسی کام کے لیے رسولوں کو مبعوث فرمایا ، اور اللہ تعالیٰ کو مدح سے زیادہ کوئی چیز عزیز نہیں ہے اسی وجہ سے اللہ تعالیٰ نے جنت کا وعدہ فرمایا ہے ۔ ٭٭ یہ حدیث صحیح الاسناد ہے لیکن امام بخاری رحمۃ اللہ علیہ اور امام مسلم رحمۃ اللہ علیہ نے اس کو نقل نہیں کیا ۔ ابوعوانہ نے اس اسناد میں حضرت مغیرہ بن شعبہ رضی اللہ عنہ کے آزاد کردہ غلام کا نام ذکر کیا ہے ۔"
Hazrat Mughirah farmate hain : Hazrat Saad bin Ubadah razi Allah anhu ke haan ek aise aadmi ka zikr hua jisne apne baap ki biwi se nikah kiya tha, aap ne farmaya: Agar mein usko paun to talwar ke sath usko qatal kar dun, Hazrat Mughirah kehte hain : Maine ye baat Nabi Akram (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ki khidmat mein arz ki : Huzoor (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya : Mein Saad se ziada ghairat wala hun, aur Allah Ta'ala mujhse bhi ziada ghairat wala hai, aur Allah Ta'ala ki bargah mein uzr se ziada pasandida koi cheez nahin hai aur Allah Ta'ala ne isi kaam ke liye Rasoolon ko mab'oos farmaya, aur Allah Ta'ala ko madah se ziada koi cheez azeez nahin hai isi wajah se Allah Ta'ala ne jannat ka wada farmaya hai. ** Ye hadees sahih al-isnad hai lekin Imam Bukhari rehmatullah alaih aur Imam Muslim rehmatullah alaih ne isko naqal nahin kiya. Abu Awana ne is isnad mein Hazrat Mughirah bin Shubah razi Allah anhu ke azad kardah gulam ka naam zikr kiya hai.
حَدَّثَنَا إِسْرَائِيلُ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ، مَوْلَى الْمُغِيرَةِ بْنِ شُعْبَةَ، عَنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ، قَالَ: ذُكِرَ لِسَعْدِ بْنِ عُبَادَةَ رَجُلٌ يَأْتِي امْرَأَةَ أَبِيهِ فَقَالَ: لَوْ أَدْرَكْتُهُ لَضَرَبْتُهُ بِالسَّيْفِ، فَذَكَرْتُ ذَلِكَ لِلنَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَقَالَ: «أَنَا أَغْيَرُ مِنْ سَعْدٍ وَاللَّهُ أَغْيَرُ مِنِّي، وَمَا مِنْ أَحَدٍ أَحَبُّ إِلَيْهِ الْعُذْرُ مِنَ اللَّهِ، مِنْ أَجْلِ ذَلِكَ بَعَثَ الْمُرْسَلِينَ، وَمَا أَحَدٌ أَحَبُّ إِلَيْهِ الْمَدْحُ مِنَ اللَّهِ، مِنْ أَجْلِ ذَلِكَ وَعَدَ الْجَنَّةَ» هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحُ الْإِسْنَادِ فَإِنَّ أَبَا عَوَانَةَ سَمَّى مَوْلَى الْمُغِيرَةِ هَذَا فِي رِوَايَتِهِ وَأَتَى بِالْمَتْنِ عَلَى وَجْهِهِ "" [التعليق - من تلخيص الذهبي] 8060 - صحيح
