Mustadrak Al Hakim 8318
Umar bin Khattab (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "By the Lord of the Kaaba! I know when the Arabs will be destroyed, that is when their ruler will be a person who has not been blessed with the companionship of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and he will not refrain from the matters of ignorance." ** This hadith is sahih (authentic) in its chain of narration, but Imam Bukhari (may Allah have mercy on him) and Imam Muslim (may Allah have mercy on him) did not narrate it.
" حضرت عمر بن خطاب رضی اللہ عنہ فرماتے ہیں : رب کعبہ کی قسم ! میں جانتا ہوں کہ عرب والے کب ہلاک ہوں گے ، اس وقت جب ان کے امور کا والی ایسا شخص بن جائے گا جس کو رسول اللہ ﷺ کی صحبت میسر نہیں آئی ہو گی اور وہ جاہلیت کے امور سے بچے گا نہیں ۔ ٭٭ یہ حدیث صحیح الاسناد ہے لیکن امام بخاری رحمۃ اللہ علیہ اور امام مسلم رحمۃ اللہ علیہ نے اس کو نقل نہیں کیا ۔"
Hazrat Umar bin Khattab (رضي الله تعالى عنه) farmate hain: Rab e Kaaba ki qasam! main janta hun ke Arab wale kab halaq honge, us waqt jab unke umoor ka wali aisa shakhs ban jayega jisko Rasul Allah SAW ki sohbat naseeb nahin aayi hogi aur wo jahiliyat ke umoor se bachega nahin. ** Yeh hadees sahih ul isnad hai lekin Imam Bukhari Rahmatullah Alaih aur Imam Muslim Rahmatullah Alaih ne isko naqal nahin kiya.
أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ، ثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ حَفْصٍ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ شَبِيبٍ، عَنْ غَرْقَدَةَ، عَنِ الْمُسْتَظِلِّ بْنِ الْحُصَيْنِ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، يَقُولُ: "" قَدْ عَلِمْتُ وَرَبِّ الْكَعْبَةِ مَتَى تَهْلِكُ الْعَرَبُ: إِذَا وَلِي أَمْرَهُمْ مَنْ لَمْ يَصْحَبِ الرَّسُولَ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، وَلَمْ يُعَالِجْ أَمْرَ الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ «هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحُ الْإِسْنَادِ، وَلَمْ يُخْرِجَاهُ» [التعليق - من تلخيص الذهبي] 8318 - صحيح
