Mustadrak Al Hakim 8731
Khaithamah narrated this hadith on the authority of Numan bin Bashir (may Allah be pleased with him). ** This hadith is sahih (authentic) according to the criteria of Imam Bukhari and Imam Muslim (may Allah have mercy on them both), but the two Sheikhs (may Allah have mercy on them both) did not narrate it.
" خیثمہ نے حضرت نعمان بن بشیر رضی اللہ عنہ کے حوالے سے یہ حدیث نقل کی ہے ۔ ٭٭ یہ حدیث امام بخاری رحمۃ اللہ علیہ اور امام مسلم رحمۃ اللہ علیہ کے معیار کے مطابق صحیح ہے لیکن شیخین رحمۃ اللہ علیہما نے اس کو نقل نہیں کیا ۔"
Khaithama ne Hazrat Noman bin Bashir Radi Allaho Anho ke hawale se yeh hadees naqal ki hai. ** Yeh hadees Imam Bukhari Rahmatullah Alaih aur Imam Muslim Rahmatullah Alaih ke meyar ke mutabiq sahih hai lekin Shaikhain Rahmatullah Alaihima ne is ko naqal nahin kiya.
وَأَخْبَرَنَا الشَّيْخُ أَبُو بَكْرٍ، أَنْبَأَ مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ، وَإِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ قُتَيْبَةَ، قَالَا: ثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، ثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ، عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ خَيْثَمَةَ، يَذْكُرُ هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ أَيْضًا عَنِ النُّعْمَانِ بْنِ بَشِيرٍ، «هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ عَلَى شَرْطِ الشَّيْخَيْنِ وَلَمْ يُخْرِجَاهُ» [التعليق - من تلخيص الذهبي] 8730 - على شرط البخاري ومسلم
