Mustadrak Al Hakim 979
'Abdul Rahman bin 'Abdul Qari reported: I heard 'Umar bin Al-Khattab (May Allah be pleased with him) while he was on the pulpit teaching the people the Tashahhud. He was reciting: "All compliments, all physical worship, and all financial worship are for Allah. Peace be upon you, O Prophet, and Allah's mercy and blessings be upon you. Peace be upon us and upon Allah's righteous slaves. I bear witness that none has the right to be worshipped but Allah, and I bear witness that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger."
عبدالرحمن بن عبدالقاری بیان کرتے ہیں انہوں نے حضرت عمر بن خطاب رضی اللہ عنہ کو ممبر پر لوگوں کو تشہد سکھاتے ہوئے سنا وہ یہ پڑھا رہے تھے : التَّحِيَّاتُ لِلَّهِ، الزَّاكِيَاتُ لِلَّهِ، الطَّيِّبَاتُ لِلَّهِ، السَّلَامُ عَلَيْكَ أَيُّهَا النَّبِيُّ، وَرَحْمَةُ اللَّهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ، السَّلَامُ عَلَيْنَا وَعَلَى عَبَّادِ اللَّهِ الصَّالِحِينَ، أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ، وَأَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا عَبْدُهُ وَرَسُولُهُ
Abdulrahman bin Abd al-Qari bayan karte hain unhon ne Hazrat Umar bin Khattab (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ko mimbar par logon ko tashahhud sikhaate hue suna woh ye padh rahe the: Al-tahiyyatu lillah, al-zakiyatu lillah, al-tayyibatu lillah, al-salamu alayka ayyuha al-nabiyyu, wa rahmatu Allahi wa barakatuhu, al-salamu alayna wa alaa ibadillah al-salihin, ashhadu an la ilaha illa Allah, wa ashhadu anna Muhammadan abduhu wa rasuluh.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثنا بَحْرُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ، قَالَ: قُرِئَ عَلَى ابْنِ وَهْبٍ، أَخْبَرَكَ مَالِكُ بْنُ أَنَسٍ، وَيُونُسُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ، وَعَمْرُو بْنُ الْحَارِثِ، أَنَّ ابْنَ شِهَابٍ، حَدَّثَهُمْ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَبْدٍ الْقَارِيِّ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ، يُعَلِّمُ النَّاسَ التَّشَهُّدَ عَلَى الْمِنْبَرِ فَيَقُولُ: «التَّحِيَّاتُ لِلَّهِ، الزَّاكِيَاتُ لِلَّهِ، الطَّيِّبَاتُ لِلَّهِ، السَّلَامُ عَلَيْكَ أَيُّهَا النَّبِيُّ، وَرَحْمَةُ اللَّهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ، السَّلَامُ عَلَيْنَا وَعَلَى عَبَّادِ اللَّهِ الصَّالِحِينَ، أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ، وَأَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا عَبْدُهُ وَرَسُولُهُ»
