Abu Dharr (رضي الله تعالى عنه) narrated that he entered the Masjid and the Apostle of Allah ( صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) was there, so I came and sat before him and he said, 'O Abu Dharr, seek refuge with Allah from the evils of the devils among the Jinn and mankind.' I said, 'are there devils among mankind?' He said, 'yes.’

ابوذر رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ میں مسجد میں داخل ہوا، رسول اللہ ﷺ اندر تھے، میں آپ کے پاس بیٹھ گیا، آپ نے فرمایا: ”ابوذر! جن اور انس کے شیاطین کے شر سے ( اللہ کی ) پناہ مانگو“، میں نے عرض کیا: کیا انسانوں میں بھی شیطان ہوتے ہیں؟ آپ نے فرمایا: ”ہاں“۔
Abuzar (رضي الله تعالى عنه) Kehte Hain Ke Main Masjid Mein Dakhil Hua, Rasool Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) Andar They, Main Aap Ke Paas Beth Gaya, Aap Ne Farmaya: Abuzar! Jin Aur Ins Ke Shayaateen Ke Shar Se (Allah Ki) Panaah Mango, Main Ne Arz Kiya: Kya Insanon Mein Bhi Shaitaan Hote Hain? Aap Ne Farmaya: Haan.
أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ عَوْنٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، عَنْ أَبِي عُمَرَ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ بْنِ خَشْخَاشٍ، عَنْ أَبِي ذَرٍّ، قَالَ دَخَلْتُ الْمَسْجِدَ وَرَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فِيهِ فَجِئْتُ فَجَلَسْتُ إِلَيْهِ فَقَالَ " يَا أَبَا ذَرٍّ تَعَوَّذْ بِاللَّهِ مِنْ شَرِّ شَيَاطِينِ الْجِنِّ وَالإِنْسِ " . قُلْتُ أَوَلِلإِنْسِ شَيَاطِينُ قَالَ " نَعَمْ " .
