Sunan an-Nasa'i 1020
Ummul Momineen Aisha (رضي الله تعالى عنها) narrated that the Apostle of Allah ( صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) heard the recitation of Abu Musa (رضي الله تعالى عنه) and said, ‘this man has been given a flute among the flutes of the family of Dawood (عليه السالم)’.

ام المؤمنین عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا کہتی ہیں کہ نبی اکرم ﷺ نے ابوموسیٰ رضی اللہ عنہ کی قرأت سنی تو فرمایا: یقیناً انہیں آل داود کے لحن ( سُر ) میں سے ایک لحن عطا کیا گیا ہے ۔
Umme-al-Momineen Ayesha Radiallahu Anha kehti hain ke Nabi-e-Akram Sallallahu Alaihe Wasallam ne Abu Musa (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ki Qiraat suni to Farmaya: Yaqinan unhen Aal-e-Dawood ke Lahn ( Sur ) mein se ek Lahn Ata kiya gaya hai.
أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الْجَبَّارِ بْنُ الْعَلاَءِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْجَبَّارِ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ سَمِعَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قِرَاءَةَ أَبِي مُوسَى فَقَالَ " لَقَدْ أُوتِيَ هَذَا مِنْ مَزَامِيرِ آلِ دَاوُدَ عَلَيْهِ السَّلاَمُ " .
