Sunan an-Nasa'i 1323
Abdullah (رضي الله تعالى عنه) narrated that the Apostle of Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) used to say the Salam to his right so that the whiteness of his cheek could be seen, and to his left so that the whiteness of his cheek could be seen.

عبداللہ بن مسعود رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ اپنی دائیں طرف سلام پھیرتے یہاں تک کہ آپ کے گال کی سفیدی دکھائی دیتی، اور آپ بائیں طرف سلام پھیرتے یہاں تک کہ آپ کے گال کی سفیدی دکھائی دیتی۔
Abdullah bin Masood razi Allah anhu kehte hain ki Rasool Allah apni dayen taraf salam phirte yahan tak ki aap ke gaal ki safedi dikhayi deti, aur aap bayen taraf salam phirte yahan tak ki aap ke gaal ki safedi dikhayi deti.
أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ آدَمَ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ عُبَيْدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ أَبِي الأَحْوَصِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، قَالَ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يُسَلِّمُ عَنْ يَمِينِهِ حَتَّى يَبْدُوَ بَيَاضُ خَدِّهِ وَعَنْ يَسَارِهِ حَتَّى يَبْدُوَ بَيَاضُ خَدِّهِ .
