Sunan an-Nasa'i 2298
Hamzah bin 'Amr Al-Aslami (رضي الله تعالى عنه) narrated that he said, O Apostle of Allah ( صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم), I feel able to fast while traveling.’ He said, ‘if you wish then fast and if you wish then do not fast.’
Grade: Sahih
حمزہ بن عمرو اسلمی رضی الله عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ انہوں نے کہا: اللہ کے رسول! میں سفر میں اپنے اندر روزہ رکھنے کی طاقت پاتا ہوں ( تو کیا میں روزہ رکھوں؟ ) آپ نے فرمایا: ”اگر چاہو تو رکھو، اور چاہو تو نہ رکھو“۔
Hamza bin Amr Aslami (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se riwayat hai ke unhon ne kaha: Allah ke Rasool! mein safar mein apne andar roza rakhne ki taqat pata hoon ( to kya mein roza rakhoon? ) aap ne farmaya: ”Agar chaho to rakho, aur chaho to na rakho“.
أَخْبَرَنَا الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ الْحَارِثِ، وَاللَّيْثُ، وَذَكَرَ، آخَرَ عَنْ بُكَيْرٍ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ، عَنْ حَمْزَةَ بْنِ عَمْرٍو الأَسْلَمِيِّ، قَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنِّي أَجِدُ قُوَّةً عَلَى الصِّيَامِ فِي السَّفَرِ قَالَ " إِنْ شِئْتَ فَصُمْ وَإِنْ شِئْتَ فَأَفْطِرْ " .
