Sunan an-Nasa'i 2814
Ibn Abbas (رضي الله تعالى عنه) narrated that the Apostle of Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) entered Ihram for 'Umrah and his companions entered Ihrahm for Hajj. He told those who did not have a Hadi with them to exit Ihram. Among those who did not have a Hadi with them was Tallah bin 'Ubaidullah (رضي الله تعالى عنه) and another man, so they exited Ihram.’

عبداللہ بن عباس رضی الله عنہما کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے عمرہ کا احرام باندھا اور آپ کے اصحاب نے حج کا، اور آپ نے جن کے ساتھ ہدی کے جانور نہیں تھے انہیں حکم دیا کہ وہ احرام کھول کر حلال ہو جائیں، تو جن کے ساتھ ہدی کے جانور نہیں تھے ان میں طلحہ بن عبیداللہ اور ایک اور شخص تھے، یہ دونوں احرام کھول کر حلال ہو گئے۔
Abdul-illah bin Abbas ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) aa kehte hain ke Rasool-ullah sall-Allahu alaihi wa sallam ne umrah ka ihram bandha aur aap ke ashab ne hajj ka, aur aap ne jin ke sath hadi ke janwar nahin the unhen hukm diya ke woh ihram khol kar halal ho jaen, to jin ke sath hadi ke janwar nahin the un mein Talhah bin Ubaidullah aur ek aur shakhs the, yeh donon ihram khol kar halal ho gae.
أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدٌ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ مُسْلِمٍ، - وَهُوَ الْقُرِّيُّ - قَالَ سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ، يَقُولُ أَهَلَّ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم بِالْعُمْرَةِ وَأَهَلَّ أَصْحَابُهُ بِالْحَجِّ وَأَمَرَ مَنْ لَمْ يَكُنْ مَعَهُ الْهَدْىُ أَنْ يَحِلَّ وَكَانَ فِيمَنْ لَمْ يَكُنْ مَعَهُ الْهَدْىُ طَلْحَةُ بْنُ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ وَرَجُلٌ آخَرُ فَأَحَلاَّ .
