Chapter: Animals That May Be Killed By The Muhrim: Killing Vicious Dogs

باب مَا يَقْتُلُ الْمُحْرِمُ مِنَ الدَّوَابِّ قَتْلُ الْكَلْبِ الْعَقُورِ .

Sunan an-Nasa'i 2828
Ibn Umar (رضي الله تعالى عنه) narrated that the Apostle of Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) said, there are five (animals) for which there is no sin on the Muhrim if he kills them. They are, Crows, kites, scorpions, mice and vicious dogs.’

عبداللہ بن عمر رضی الله عنہما سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا: ”پانچ جانور ایسے ہیں جنہیں محرم کے مارنے میں کوئی حرج ( گناہ ) نہیں ہے۔ کوا، چیل، بچھو، چوہیا اور کٹ کھنا ( کاٹنے والا ) کتا“ ۔
Abdullaah bin Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) aa se riwayat hai ke Rasulullaah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: “Paanch jaanwar aise hain jinhen muharram ke marne mein koi harj (gunah) nahin hai. Kua, cheel, bichhoo, chouhiya aur kat khana (kaatne wala) kutta“
أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " خَمْسٌ لَيْسَ عَلَى الْمُحْرِمِ فِي قَتْلِهِنَّ جُنَاحٌ الْغُرَابُ وَالْحِدَأَةُ وَالْعَقْرَبُ وَالْفَأْرَةُ وَالْكَلْبُ الْعَقُورُ .
