Sunan an-Nasa'i 3219
Anas (رضي الله تعالى عنه) narrated that there was a group of the companions of the Prophet ( صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم), one of whom said, ‘I will not marry women.’ Another said, ‘I will not eat meat.’ Another said, ‘I will not sleep on a bed.’ Another said, ‘I will fast and not break my fast.’ News of that reached the Apostle of Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) and he praised Allah then said, ‘what is the matter with people who say such and such? But I pray and I sleep, I fast and I break my fast, and I marry women. Whoever turns away from my Sunnah is not of me.’

جابر رضی الله عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ میں نے نکاح کیا، اور ( اور بیوی کے ساتھ پہلی رات گزارنے کے بعد ) نبی اکرم ﷺ کے پاس آیا تو آپ نے کہا: ”جابر! کیا تم نے نکاح کیا ہے؟“ میں نے کہا: ہاں! آپ نے کہا: ”کنواری سے ( شادی کی ہے ) یا بیوہ سے؟ میں نے کہا: بیوہ سے“، آپ نے فرمایا: ”کنواری سے کیوں نہ کی کہ تم اس سے کھیلتے وہ تم سے کھیلتی؟“۔
Jabir (رضي الله تعالى عنه) kehte hain ke mein ne nikah kiya, aur ( aur biwi ke sath pahli raat guzarne ke baad ) Nabi Akram (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ke pass aaya to aap ne kaha: "Jabir! kya tum ne nikah kiya hai?" mein ne kaha: haan! aap ne kaha: "kunwari se ( shaadi ki hai ) ya biwah se? mein ne kaha: biwah se", aap ne farmaya: "kunwari se kyun na ki ke tum us se khelte woh tum se khelti?".
أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ، عَنْ عَمْرٍو، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، قَالَ تَزَوَّجْتُ فَأَتَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقَالَ " أَتَزَوَّجْتَ يَا جَابِرُ " . قُلْتُ نَعَمْ . قَالَ " بِكْرًا أَمْ ثَيِّبًا " . فَقُلْتُ ثَيِّبًا . قَالَ " فَهَلاَّ بِكْرًا تُلاَعِبُهَا وَتُلاَعِبُكَ " .
