باب إِذَا اسْتَشَارَ رَجُلٌ رَجُلاً فِي الْمَرْأَةِ هَلْ يُخْبِرُهُ بِمَا يَعْلَمُ .

Sunan an-Nasa'i 3246
It was narrated from Muhammad bin 'Abdur-Rahman bin Thawban that they asked Fatimah bint Qais about her story and she said: My husband divorced me three times, and he used to provide me with food that was not good. She said: By Allah, if I were entitled to maintenance and accommodation I would demand them and I would not accept this. The deputy said: You are not entitled to accommodation or maintenance. She said: I came to the Prophet and told him about that, and he said: 'You are not entitled to accommodation nor maintenance; observe your 'Iddah in the house of so-and-so.' She said: 'His Companions used to go to her.' Then he said: 'Observe your 'Iddah in the house of Ibn Umm Maktum, who is blind, and when your 'Iddah is over, let me know.' She said: When my 'Iddah was over, I let him know. The Messenger of Allah said: 'Who has proposed marriage to you?' I said: 'Mu'awiyah and another man from the Quraish.' He said: 'As for Mu'awiyah, he is a boy among the Quraish and does not have anything, and as for the other he is a bad man with no goodness in him. Rather you should marry Usamah bin Zaid.' She said: I did not like the idea. But he said that to her three times so she married him.

ابوہریرہ رضی الله عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ ایک انصاری شخص رسول اللہ ﷺ کے پاس آیا اور کہا: میں نے ایک عورت سے شادی کر لی ہے، نبی اکرم ﷺ نے فرمایا: ”کیا تو نے اسے دیکھ لیا ہے؟“ ( دیکھ لیے ہوتے تو اچھا ہوتا ) کیونکہ انصار کی عورتوں کی آنکھوں میں کچھ خرابی ہوتی ہے ( بعد میں اس کی وجہ سے کوئی بدمزگی نہ پیدا ہو ) ۱؎۔ ابوعبدالرحمٰن نسائی کہتے ہیں: یہی حدیث مجھے ایک دوسری جگہ «عن یزید بن کیسان عن ابی حازم عن ابی ہریرہ» کے بجائے «عن یزید بن کیسان أن جابر بن عبداللہ حدث» کے ساتھ ملی۔ لیکن صحیح ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ کی روایت ہے۔
Abu Hurayrah Radiyallahu Anhu kehte hain ke ek Ansari shakhs Rasoolullah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ke paas aya aur kaha: "main ne ek aurat se shadi kar li hai, Nabi Akram (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: \"kya tu ne usay dekh liya hai?\" ( dekh liye hote to acha hota) kyun ke Ansar ki auraton ki aankhon mein kuchh kharabi hoti hai ( baad mein is ki wajah se koi badmazgi na peda ho) 1. Abu Abdurrahman Nasai kehte hain: yehi hadith mujhe ek dusri jagah \"an Yazid bin Kaisan an Abi Hazim an Abi Hurayrah\" ke bajay \"an Yazid bin Kaisan an Jaber bin Abdillah Hadis\" ke sath mili. Lekin sahih Abu Hurayrah Radiyallahu Anhu ki riwayat hai.
أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ آدَمَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ هَاشِمِ بْنِ الْبَرِيدِ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ كَيْسَانَ، عَنْ أَبِي حَازِمٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ جَاءَ رَجُلٌ مِنَ الأَنْصَارِ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقَالَ إِنِّي تَزَوَّجْتُ امْرَأَةً . فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم " أَلاَ نَظَرْتَ إِلَيْهَا فَإِنَّ فِي أَعْيُنِ الأَنْصَارِ شَيْئًا " . قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ وَجَدْتُ هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ فِي مَوْضِعٍ آخَرَ عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ كَيْسَانَ أَنَّ جَابِرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ حَدَّثَ وَالصَّوَابُ أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ .
