Sunan an-Nasa'i 3332
Uqbah bin Al-Harith (رضي الله تعالى عنه) narrated that he married a woman, then a black woman came to us and said, I breast-fed you both. I went to the Prophet (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) and said, I married so and so and a black woman came to me and said, I breast-fed you both. He turned away from me, so I came to him from the other side and said, she is lying. He said, ‘how can you be intimate with your wife when she says that she breast-fed you both? Leave her (divorce her).’

براء رضی الله عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ میں اپنے چچا سے ملا، ان کے پاس ایک جھنڈا تھا میں نے ان سے کہا: آپ کہاں جا رہے ہیں؟ تو انہوں نے کہا: مجھے رسول اللہ ﷺ نے ایک ایسے شخص کے پاس بھیجا ہے جس نے اپنے باپ کی بیوی سے شادی کر لی ہے۔ مجھے آپ نے حکم دیا ہے کہ میں اس کی گردن اڑا دوں اور اس کا مال اپنے قبضہ میں کر لوں ۔
Barae Radi Allahu anhu kehte hain ke main apne chacha se mila, un ke pas ek jhanda tha main ne un se kaha: Aap kahan ja rahe hain? To unhon ne kaha: Mujhe Rasool Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne ek aise shakhss ke pas bheja hai jis ne apne bap ki biwi se shadi kar li hai. Mujhe aap ne hukm diya hai ke main is ki gardan udadon aur is ka maal apne qabza mein kar lun 1؎.
أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَمْرٍو، عَنْ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ عَدِيِّ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ الْبَرَاءِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ أَصَبْتُ عَمِّي وَمَعَهُ رَايَةٌ فَقُلْتُ أَيْنَ تُرِيدُ فَقَالَ بَعَثَنِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم إِلَى رَجُلٍ نَكَحَ امْرَأَةَ أَبِيهِ فَأَمَرَنِي أَنْ أَضْرِبَ عُنُقَهُ وَآخُذَ مَالَهُ .
