Sunan an-Nasa'i 3337
Imran bin Husain (رضي الله تعالى عنه) narrated that the Apostle of Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) said, there is no 'bringing', no 'avoidance' and no Shighar in Islam, and whoever robs, he is not one of us.’

عبداللہ بن عمر رضی الله عنہما سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے نکاح شغار سے منع فرمایا ہے، اور شغار یہ ہے کہ آدمی دوسرے شخص سے اپنی بیٹی کی شادی اس شرط پر کرے کہ وہ اپنی بیٹی کا نکاح اس شخص کے ساتھ کرے۔ اور دونوں ہی بیٹیوں کا کوئی مہر مقرر نہ ہو۔
Abdullah bin Umar razi Allah unhuma se riwayat hai keh Rasul Allah SAW ne nikah shughar se mana farmaya hai, aur shughar yeh hai keh aadmi dusre shakhs se apni beti ki shadi is shart par kare keh woh apni beti ka nikah is shakhs ke sath kare. Aur donon hi betiyon ka koi mehr muqarrar na ho.
أَخْبَرَنَا هَارُونُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مَعْنٌ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، ح وَالْحَارِثُ بْنُ مِسْكِينٍ قِرَاءَةً عَلَيْهِ وَأَنَا أَسْمَعُ، عَنِ ابْنِ الْقَاسِمِ، قَالَ مَالِكٌ حَدَّثَنِي نَافِعٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم نَهَى عَنِ الشِّغَارِ وَالشِّغَارُ أَنْ يُزَوِّجَ الرَّجُلُ الرَّجُلَ ابْنَتَهُ عَلَى أَنْ يُزَوِّجَهُ ابْنَتَهُ وَلَيْسَ بَيْنَهُمَا صَدَاقٌ .
