Sunan an-Nasa'i 3366
Salamah bin Al-Muhabbaq (رضي الله تعالى عنه) that a man had intercourse with a slave woman belonging to his wife and was brought to the Apostle of Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم). He said, ‘if he forced her, then she is free at his expense and he has to give her mistress a similar slave as a replacement. If she obeyed him in that, then she belongs to her mistress, and he has to give her mistress a similar slave as well."

علی ابن ابی طالب رضی الله عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے خیبر کے دن متعہ اور گھریلو گدھوں کے گوشت کھانے سے روک دیا ہے۔
Ali ibn Abi Talib (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se riwayat hai ke Rasulullah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne Khaibar ke din muta'ah aur ghareloo gadhon ke gosht khane se rok diya hai.
أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، وَالْحَارِثُ بْنُ مِسْكِينٍ، قِرَاءَةً عَلَيْهِ وَأَنَا أَسْمَعُ، - وَاللَّفْظُ لَهُ - قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا ابْنُ الْقَاسِمِ، عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، وَالْحَسَنِ، ابْنَىْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ عَنْ أَبِيهِمَا، عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم نَهَى عَنْ مُتْعَةِ النِّسَاءِ يَوْمَ خَيْبَرَ وَعَنْ لُحُومِ الْحُمُرِ الإِنْسِيَّةِ .
