Sunan an-Nasa'i 3486
Abdullah bin Masud (رضي الله تعالی عنہ) narrated that the Apostle of Allah (رضي الله تعالی عنہ) narrated that the child is the bed's, and for the fornicator is the stone. Imam Nasai said that this narration is not initiated from Abdullah bin Masud (رضي الله تعالى عنه). It looks there is a mistake in the narration of some narrator.

عبداللہ بن مسعود رضی الله عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا: ”لڑکا فراش والے کا ہے ۱؎ اور زنا کرنے والے کو پتھر ملیں گے“ ۲؎۔
Abdul'allah bin Mas'ud (رضي الله تعالى عنه)u kehte hain ke Rasul'ullah sal'llahu alayhi wa sallam ne farmaya: "Ladka farash wale ka hai 1 aur zina karne wale ko pathar milen ge" 2.
أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ، عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي وَائِلٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " الْوَلَدُ لِلْفِرَاشِ وَلِلْعَاهِرِ الْحَجَرُ " . قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ وَلاَ أَحْسُبُ هَذَا عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ وَاللَّهُ تَعَالَى أَعْلَمُ .
