Sunan an-Nasa'i 3636
Al-Ahnaf said: I came to Al-Madinah, and I was performing Hajj, and while we were in our camping place unloading our mounts, someone came to us and said: 'The people have gathered in the Masjid.' I looked and found the people gathered, and in the midst of them was a group; there I saw 'Ali bin Abi Talib, Az-Zubair, Talhah and Sa'd bin Abi Waqqas, may Allah have mercy on them. When I got there, it was said that 'Uthman bin 'Affan had come. He came, wearing a yellowish cloak. I said to my companion: Stay where you are until I find out what is happening. 'Uthman said: Is 'Ali here? Is Az-Zubair here? Is Talhah here? Is Sa'd here? They said: Yes. He said: I adjure you by Allah, beside Whom there is none worthy of worship, are you aware that the Messenger of Allah said: Whoever buys the Mirbad of Banu so and so, Allah will forgive him, and I bought it, then I came to the Messenger of Allah and told him, and he said: Add it to our Masjid and the reward for it will be yours? They said: Yes. He said: I adjure you by Allah, beside Whom there is none worthy of worship, are you aware that the Messenger of Allah said: Whoever buys the well of Rumah, Allah will forgive him, so I came to the Messenger of Allah and said: I have bought the well of Rumah. He said: Give it to provide water for the Muslims, and the reward for it will be yours? They said: Yes. He said: 'I adjure you by Allah, beside Whom there is none worthy of worship, are you aware that the Messenger of Allah said: Whoever equips the army of Al-'Usrah (i.e. Tabuk), Allah will forgive him, so I equipped them until they were not lacking even a rope or a bridle?' They said: Yes. He said: O Allah, bear witness, O Allah, bear witness, O Allah, bear witness.

جابر بن عبداللہ رضی الله عنہما کا بیان ہے کہ ان کے والد ۱؎ اپنے پیچھے چھ بیٹیاں اور قرض چھوڑ کر جنگ احد میں شہید ہو گئے، جب کھجور توڑنے کا وقت آیا تو میں رسول اللہ ﷺ کے پاس حاضر ہوا اور آپ سے عرض کیا: اللہ کے رسول! آپ کو معلوم ہے کہ میرے والد جنگ احد میں شہید کر دیے گئے ہیں اور وہ بہت زیادہ قرض چھوڑ گئے ہیں، میں چاہتا ہوں کہ قرض خواہ آپ کو ( وہاں موجود ) دیکھیں ( تاکہ مجھ سے وصول کرنے کے سلسلے میں سختی نہ کریں ) آپ نے فرمایا: ”جاؤ اور ہر ڈھیر الگ الگ کر دو“، تو میں نے ( ایسا ہی ) کیا، پھر آپ ﷺ کو بلایا، جب ان لوگوں نے رسول اللہ ﷺ کو دیکھا تو اس گھڑی گویا وہ لوگ مجھ پر اور بھی زیادہ غصہ ہو گئے ۲؎ جب آپ نے ان لوگوں کی حرکتیں جو وہ کر رہے تھے دیکھیں تو آپ نے سب سے بڑے ڈھیر کے اردگرد تین چکر لگائے پھر اسی ڈھیر پر بیٹھ گئے اور فرمایا: ”اپنے قرض خواہوں کو بلا لاؤ“ جب وہ لوگ آ گئے تو آپ انہیں برابر ( ان کے مطالبے کے بقدر ) ناپ ناپ کر دیتے رہے یہاں تک کہ اللہ تعالیٰ نے میرے والد کی امانت ادا کرا دی اور میں اس پر راضی و خوش تھا کہ اللہ تعالیٰ نے میرے والد کی امانت ادا کر دی اور ایک کھجور بھی کم نہ ہوئی۔
Jabir bin Abdullah ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a ka bayan hai ke in ke wald 1(oo) apne peechay chh betiyan aur qarz chhor kar jang e Uhud mein shaheed ho gaye, jab khajur torne ka waqt aaya to mein Rasoolullah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ke pas hajir hua aur aap se arz kiya: Allah ke Rasool! aap ko maloom hai ke mere wald jang e Uhud mein shaheed kar diye gaye hain aur woh bahut ziada qarz chhor gaye hain, mein chahta hoon ke qarz khwah aap ko ( wahan mojood ) dekhen ( takay mujh se wasool karne ke silsile mein sakhti na karen ) aap ne farmaya: “Jao aur har dhair alag alag kar do”, to mein ne ( aisa hi ) kiya, phir aap (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko bulaya, jab in logon ne Rasoolullah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko dekha to is ghadi goya woh log mujh par aur bhi ziada ghussa ho gaye 2(oo) jab aap ne in logon ki harkatien jo woh kar rahe the dekhi to aap ne sab se bade dhair ke ard gird teen chakkar lagaye phir usi dhair per baith gaye aur farmaya: “Apne qarz khwahon ko bula lao” jab woh log aa gaye to aap unhein barabar ( in ke mutalbe ke baqdar ) nap nap kar dete rahe yahan tak ke Allah Ta'ala ne mere wald ki amanat ada kar di aur mein is par razi o khush tha ke Allah Ta'ala ne mere wald ki amanat ada kar di aur ek khajur bhi kam na hui.
أَخْبَرَنَا الْقَاسِمُ بْنُ زَكَرِيَّا بْنِ دِينَارٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ، عَنْ شَيْبَانَ، عَنْ فِرَاسٍ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي جَابِرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، أَنَّ أَبَاهُ، اسْتُشْهِدَ يَوْمَ أُحُدٍ وَتَرَكَ سِتَّ بَنَاتٍ وَتَرَكَ عَلَيْهِ دَيْنًا فَلَمَّا حَضَرَ جُدَادُ النَّخْلِ أَتَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقُلْتُ قَدْ عَلِمْتَ أَنَّ وَالِدِي اسْتُشْهِدَ يَوْمَ أُحُدٍ وَتَرَكَ دَيْنًا كَثِيرًا وَإِنِيِّ أُحِبُّ أَنْ يَرَاكَ الْغُرَمَاءُ. قَالَ " اذْهَبْ فَبَيْدِرْ كُلَّ تَمْرٍ عَلَى نَاحِيَةٍ ". فَفَعَلْتُ ثُمَّ دَعَوْتُهُ فَلَمَّا نَظَرُوا إِلَيْهِ كَأَنَّمَا أُغْرُوا بِي تِلْكَ السَّاعَةَ فَلَمَّا رَأَى مَا يَصْنَعُونَ أَطَافَ حَوْلَ أَعْظَمِهَا بَيْدَرًا ثَلاَثَ مَرَّاتٍ ثُمَّ جَلَسَ عَلَيْهِ ثُمَّ قَالَ " ادْعُ أَصْحَابَكَ ". فَمَا زَالَ يَكِيلُ لَهُمْ حَتَّى أَدَّى اللَّهُ أَمَانَةَ وَالِدِي وَأَنَا رَاضٍ أَنْ يُؤَدِّيَ اللَّهُ أَمَانَةَ وَالِدِي لَمْ تَنْقُصْ تَمْرَةً وَاحِدَةً.
